The tables were left dirty and I was standing at a table waiting to get cleaned. Severalstaff looked at me but no service. After 5 min. I decided to clean myself. Still no response as one wathed mecleaning. Will NEVER visit again.

I always come here just by myself or with my family, coffee is great, stays warm the whole meal, food is lovely and muffins are delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful, many staff changes lately and this can often create kaos at busy times. It would be nice to see some friendly familiar faces stay
Day one of new management and already obvious new guy is going to lose business. Chastising staff in front of customers is a no-no. Will cost him staff and custom. Changing things from day one shows he has no management skills.
