My favourite Muffin Break. Convenient location close to south entrance, and just outside Woolies. And when you ask for your coffee extra hot, that's how you get it. Thank you.
A slight concern, though, probably easily rectified with an extra bit of staff training, is the not infrequent mixup of gluten free muffins with vegan muffins. Might not sound too serious but if someone with coeliac disease eats a vegan muffin (which is not gf) they will be sick for up to 2 days afterwards. And the gf muffins are certainly worth trying for.
Double chocolate muffin was good, banana berry was tasty would have preferred more berries. Coffee was of good taste and quality. Good,friendly service.

I always come here just by myself or with my family, coffee is great, stays warm the whole meal, food is lovely and muffins are delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful, many staff changes lately and this can often create kaos at busy times. It would be nice to see some friendly familiar faces stay.
Day one of new management and already obvious new guy is going to lose business. Chastising staff in front of customers is a no-no. Will cost him staff and custom. Changing things from day one shows he has no management skills.
Feeling sorry for the staff already.
