A cute cafe, my soy latte was just right and the banoffee pancakes were filling and decadent. Ate here when passing through town and would definitely eat here again.

Lovely 8 course degustation menu for Christmas ($95). Shame to see spare seats at the beautifully set up long table outside the restaurant.
Fresh plump Tassie oyster to start with raspberry and creme fraiche. Mains followed with dishes of pork belly, quail & beef. All were a delicious combination of spices & herbs though a touch too sweet for my taste. The quail as perhaps my least favourite, tad over cooked and there was no sauce so it was quite dry to eat. Really though a fantastic experience with attention to detail which included a visit to the kitchen to watch the chef at work if you wished. We were serenaded by a guy with a guitar singing a combination of popular songs & just the right amount of Xmas carols. Didn't get his name but he was very good and it added a lovely touch for the diners. Try & get a ticket to one of these gigs if you get the chance. You won't regret it. Happy grazing.
