Wasn't expecting to find a robot waiter but it was entertaining for the kids. It can't handle soupy stuff though, spilling part of our load. Visit was a few months ago so maybe they were still testing it and have either improved the handling or just let the robot handle less volatile items.

Ordered the thai style stir fried rice vermicelli. It was just rice vermicelli drowned in thai sweet chilli sauce, and very sweet. I dont recall ever having this style of stir fried vermicelli anywhere in Thailand or asia.
The place is ok and the staff friendly.
Employees are busy and robots serve food. It's not easy to find hong Kong-style food because it's not city. The food wasn't authentic, but it was above average. You can try it.
Food was average, service was near non-existence. Waiter and waitress required multiple reminders about soups or drinks which were part of the set meal. Rice was hard and not chewy.
I understand how a robot can be useful in helping serve dishes, but it does not mean the humans in the restaurant can
We just ordered two cups of drink for taking away and it took us 20 minutes to wait, even we got our ramen takeaway and back to the store. The waiter showed an extreme inpatient angry face and get drinks done in just one minute after we asked him to be a little bit quick in a friendly way.
first few dishes arrived quick but the last dish came nearly an hour later. taste of the food was decent but due to waiting time i will think twice before coming back. if it was going to take that long, they should’ve told us about it at least.
We have been here several times. However, all food this time was extremely salty! I wonder if they have free supply of salt! Size was big but we just couldn’t finish them because it’s just too salty!! One year ban for me.
Worse dining experience I can recall in past 20 years! Where can I start…. One of our group meals was given to the wrong table which no apology whatsoever was given after over ONE hour had pasted. Service was well below average, some staff are down right RUDE. I will NEVER return and do NOT recomm
