After the two-weeks break due to negative impact of CV on the local Chinese restaurant businesses, this eatery came back to trade. Walked in with a group of three and incidentally there were only three tables being occupied including us.
Chose to have the set three-course meals with soup and drinks. Mains of spare ribs with pepper and honey, steamed chicken with vegetables and Braised fish fillet were all good; particularly the spare ribs should be the hero. The ribs were very tenderized and well balanced I taste. Portions were no doubt very generous. Importantly, they came to the table quicker than ever.

Came here for lunch and ordered the sizzling beef and chicken and wonton soup. Food was good and came quick, though the beef was a bit oily.
Overall a nice place to visit for lunch.

Trying to work out if this is the same owners as Coffee Square as the menus are eerily similar.
Food is good value. Pretty much standard, nothing much more to say.
Modifications to the lunch specials eg drinks are a bit expensive ... they ask you to pay $3 extra when it should just be $1 extra for certain drinks but that’s a minor gripe.
Service is quick and plenty of parking. Good solid restaurant for a quick Asian meal.
Haven't been to Woka Woka since they moved from Mains Road at Sunnybank, definitely like the setup of this restaurant better compared to the old one as it has a modernised and open feel.
Ordered the sizzling mixed grill which comes with Wagyu steak, pork cutlet, sausage, egg, ham, chicken wing, baked chicken, veg and chips. Massive portion and good value! Highly recommended!
Was here on the weekend, they were flat out busy but the food was big, tasty and legit Hong Kong style. Would get a better score if they would put a few more staff on, but can’t really complain since it was really nice food 🥘
First time here to Woka Woka, it's a great spot to dine in on a beautiful Sunday night , it was pretty busy too. I ordered the Chinese Vegestable and mushroom chow mein with the crispy thin egg noodles. It was really really good. A Big bowl full of goodness. I will definitely be back for more WokaWoka Asian fusion goodness. Thanks. SARDS
Additional,
I have been back a couple more times. Thanks quality in food and service has been maintained very well. Now worth 5 stars.
Thanks. SARDS
I have found food at woka woka to be hit and miss. This includes their popular brother shops woka woka in eight mile plains and coffee square in market square.
Iced milk tea was very good. Just the way I was hoping it to be. Sweet strong tea flavour which is refreshing and matches well with food.
Baked chicken with spaghetti was average tasting, just passable for its blandness and off balance of spaghetti and sauce. Chicken was of small pieces and small amount. Considering the price I guess I cannot complain much.
Overall, Woka woka offers cheap food with large portion size and lots of varieties to choose from. I am sure you will eventually find the dish you like. .
We’ve been to this new branch a few times now. The food is ok but I feel the Warrigal Road branch was better. The decor is nice and modern and spacious unlike the typical noisy overcrowded Chinese eateries. The place is always very busy, it’d be wise to book a table on weekends. The service is friendly but I feel it’s seriously understaffed, only two waitresses on a busy night. The food came out before the waitresses had a chance to make our drinks, we also waited longer to order than the time it took the kitchen to cook our meals! The waitresses were running around like mad chooks, which affected the overall pleasantness of the experience.
After an underwhelming meal at Your Personal Chef, my craving for food of my hometown, Hong Kong was left unsatisfied. Thankfully, Iron Fist decided that in the name of spontaneity we would go and scratch this itch. Which is why we headed to the newest branch of Woka Woka, in Underwood for a quick fix to stave off those cravings.
Employees are busy and robots serve food. It's not easy to find hong Kong-style food because it's not city. The food wasn't authentic, but it was above average. You can try it.
