We picked up Thai takeaway for Father’s Day tonight and it was some of the yummiest I’ve tried. Despite one family member arriving near 9pm and us eating it lukewarm it was still utterly delicious. Pad Thai, massamum, cashew nut and pad see ew accompanied by coconut rice and spring rolls all really flavoursome and super tasty. I think I’ve found my new local
I had happy memories of going here a few years ago and was not disappointed coming back with some friends!
The menu is extensive and the dishes are great. I had the seafood Tom yum soup to start - a good amount of chilli!! We shared a red duck curry (my favourite and I wasn’t disappointed), bbq charcoal chicken (highly recommended), massman beef curry and pad Thai which tricked us coming served in a light egg omlette skin! With steamed rice the four of us didn’t finish it and couldn’t fit dessert.
The service was friendly and unobtrusive, they were patient when we sat and sat and didn’t make us feel pressured to leave.
At $35 a head (couple of glasses of wine) it was tasty and I’d be back!!!!
This is one of my favourite place. I have try almost all the dishes from Payom Thai. All dishes that I tried tasted amazing and they presentational looks amazing. The staff are very friendly and help me to select the best dishes, thank you all. I definitely will see you guys again once a week to try new food and your new special. They offer 5% off for cash as well 🤤

Never knew about this place, if Groupon has no special on them..(show how I budget with a family of 4). A little surprise in this little town. I must say everything tasted good. There were lots of people on the night we were there, but the quality of the food is still good. The waitresses are really helpful and when the food are served, we are not disappointed. My son loved their well seasoned prawn salad entree. The pork minced salad has a good balance of sweet, savoury and sour. Nothing special on the satay, the sauce however is nice and nutty. Next is the Thai Green Curry and the Fried Rocklings. Both dishes are really tasty with the rice. The ice cream is alright, nothing special, if they add some toasted almonds flakes, mango slices or coconut shredded, maybe it will give a much tropical taste. To tell you how good it is...we bought another voucher the next day..will definately return within 3 months.

Great value and service with delicious and fresh food. I consider myself very lucky to have Payom Thai as my local Thai restaurant. Consistently good food and now they deliver too! Highly recommended.

Pretty decent food. Forget the other bad reviews that complain about service its a family run restaurant not 5 star dining. I've been to thailand this place if one of the few restaurants I have been to that can match the authentic flavours curries aren't too thick and they make their own spices. My local favourite if you're in the area give it a try.

Good place to eat with friends their service is first class the food is always great their curry puffs are very tasty and my favorite is penang chicken curry it is the best tasting curry I have had .

Always delicious. Unfortunately this particular night they had a few chefs out sick so there was a significant delay on our meal (take away). Even knowing the reason, some people still decided to take the opportunity to berate the poor young women who had no control over the situation and were really just keeping everyone informed as to what was happening (as well as take our order). Very disappointed in the behavior of some of the other customers. Were they aware that sounding off to these poor girls was not going to change the situation or make their food come any faster? Well done to the girls for the way they handled themselves and the situation. It's a tough gig being the messenger
Overall an enjoyable dinner, lovely flavours. Felt that the portion sizes were on the smaller end compared to other Thai restaurants. I'm used to getting a basket of roti rather than a few cut up.
We had been ordering food from Payom Thai from Uber Eats so we decided to try it in person for date night. The staff made our experience incredibly enjoyable by being polite and patient, and serving delicious food! We ordered cocktails, roti, lamb massaman curry and something else (I forget). We were too full to have dessert, but we usually get that through Uber Eats and it has been exceptional every time!
Extremely tasty food with excellent customer service. I came as a group and the staff is very considerate for our serving. Instead recommending extra food, she only reckon the sufficient amount, which make us full at the reasonable cost. Definitely will come again :)
