Under New Management, fantastic burgers gotta try with the special relish sauce. Place looks so fresh n clean. Relaxing outdoor area out the back, great place to catch up with friends for a decent coffee and bite to eat. Definitely be going back. Great job to the girls.

Great coffee, burgers & hot chips you would walk over hot coals for, fantastic service and the thing that blew my socks & boots off was the price! Value out of this universe! Even checked the calendar to make sure I hadn't gone back in time! The owners of this establishment hit the nail on the head & should be very very proud.
yum yum yum. I have watched this takeaway (now cafe?) change hands numerous times since I was a little girl. All I can say now is thank goodness someone has finally made a difference. Coffee is the best, food is delish and service with a smile, breakfast lunch and dinner, even the kids school lunch option. Thank you so much to the new owners. Thank you Thank you Thank you.

Amazing Hosts that welcome clients as extended family. There is no artifice here, and no false promises of pretentious sophistication. Host Sheldon and his extraordinarily accomplished pocket-rocket wife have offered up an unexpected retreat...a place to sit down, relax, chew the fat, catch up, share a joke, enjoy an intimate dinner for two, share with friends, and potentially meet new ones and extend quality acquaintances in sharing a conversation or two over coffee and dessert. What a delightful, quirky, and unexpected bonus. Far more than a mere menu! A comfy rustic ambience, and humble wholesome tasty food, with fabulous boutique coffee to follow. I've found a new local to adopt and call home. This place presents as a refuge, cosy & comfortable like a hot deep mug of chocolate on a frigid winter night. Thank you Drift-In Cafe. The Crispy Skin Salmon with whipped fluffy mash and crisp cooked asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce was simple and beautifully cooked, as was the fabulous bon homie served up by our generous hosts too. I'll be back there soon!
