Cedarwood Cafe is nestled in a quiet part of Wahroonga shops around the corner from the main strip. It’s location doesn’t seem to cause it any problems thouigh as the foot traffic finds its way here very easily and very often. It’s a busy place with a constant churn of customers dining in or taking away.
Love the vibe of this place! It was pretty busy on a Sunday and not hard to see why. Service was friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. We ordered the vegan chocolate waffles which were just perfect. So fluffy and not overwhelmingly chocolatey! Will definitely be back to get these! Also got the vegan plate which was on the lunch menu. It was also tasty and healthy. Would love to see more savory vegan options on the menu in the future!

We had the Acai bowl, Vegan B.I.G waffle and turmeric latte with almond milk.
Acai bowl was good except my partner had to cut up the fresh fruit, instead of just digging in.
I had the Vegan B.I.G waffle which was delish. It wasn't as crunchy as I would've expected, still pretty good though. I left the vegan snickers bar to the end, super sweet! Should've had it during the meal to balance out with the pineapple or grapefruit.
Turmeric latte was nice, not to spicy or overpowering.
Lovely little stop in on our way to Lake Macquarie.
Carpark is right next to and just off A1.
Lots of dogs around and appears to be pet friendly for outdoor seating.

Great neighbourhood cafe. Classy yet chill & relax vibe. The tables are a bit cramped together but one hardly mind. There's a bit of a twist to the classics to keep things interesting. My mushrooms medley were served with charcoal sourdough, the truffle garlic oil added a touch of indulgent to the plate. My friend's corn fritters were ginormous, she could hardly finish them with an added side of hash browns. Great be brunch place. Will be back.
