Went last night for $15 steak night and got offered a pint of tap beer or glass of wine for an extra $5. Where else can you get a meal and a pint for $20 !steak must be like leather i thought, but wow was i wrong ...it was jucy and tender, will be back again for sure .
Had our engagement party at the function room and will highly recommend. The food was great and well priced and the drinks too. Our guests enjoyed everything . The staff were great too and very casual with us putting up decor , using our lights and smoke machine. Thank you so much.
Love the playground for the kids and the kids eat free great food and atmosphere
Surprisingly really enjoyable! For pub food, the dishes are nice and cooked well. Great selection of steaks as well as seafood, chicken and vegetarian meals. Service was great, staf are extremely friendly.
Arrived on Saturday for lunch with a friend ordered the steak sandwich it was nice but the steak was chewy and the garlic toast was burnt and took away from the flavour a little disappointed and should have stocked to the Kelly Kiev but still an average lunch
I came here to do a burger challenge the burger was so big that not even 2 of us could finish it. If you finished it you got it free. The taste wasn't bad but I think the staff need to show abit more motivation
Ordered a couple of the $15 lunch specials expecting a smallish portion but the portion was huge and great value too. Had the roo wrap and it was awesome perfectly cooked tasty salad sauce etc.
The service was very very good chatty waiters who interacted with our kid and they were very friendly with everyone which makes a change in Perth.

We went last night (Friday). Absolutely delicious. Honestly, amazingly cooked steak, great sauces, really friendly staff and big serves for money. If the mash was a little creamier I'd give this place 11 out of 10. We don't have kids but a big play area for families. We just had a beer whilst waiting for our meals. Will definitely be back!
We really like the Stringy Bark!!. I can honestly say we have never had a bad meal here, we usually go every couple of weeks at lunchtime and it is always spot on!! We have never had any trouble with the staff, there is usually plenty of them milling around and they are polite and courteous and try to make time to have a chat to you. What more can you ask for other than good food for good money with good service - Thank you String Bark!
I have been eating at the Stringy Bark for years now and every time I go there I can't fault the service or food! The meals are well priced and I never walk out hungry! This is my go to place for a great weekend lunch or dinner!
Came here so the kids could play out of the rain and was very pleasantly suprised with the service and food had the ribs combo which was excellent and enormous will definately be back.
A big menu to choose from. Nice meal. The beauty is that there is a playground for kids. Excellent and thoughtful service, the staff is kindly setting us up to the table close to the playground that we can easily keep an eye on the kid while enjoying our meal.
Food portions are massive!! Definitely value for money.
I found the pancakes to be a little heavy and doughie rather than light and fluffy but they were still delicious ! My husband had the buffalo chicken eggs Benny and he loved it.
10th Dec I was there with a group. The establishment was decked out lovely for Xmas & clean. The staff was very helpful & friendly, especially a lovely young dark headed girl, who was bubbly, friendly, chatty & helpful, thanku 🤗
I had a rib eye med to well done thick steak which was perfectly cooked which melted in my mouth, was to die for ❤. Want to say a huge thanku to the chef 🥂 & all the staff. I would definitely recommend the place & will be back. Merry Xmas team ❤🤗🥂
Northern Gourmet Toastmaster Club has their meeting on the 4th Tuesday of the month. The services provided for the club was excellent. We had the Function Room for the meetings. The room was set up before our meetings. Senior Menu & normal menu have a good selection. Parking was good, in front of the building, bright lighting at night. Bright parking area is Safe for all customers.
The best Bangers and Mash I have had. Such a simple dish but compliments to the chef. Tasty bangers, creamy mash, thick gravy all on a Yorkshire pudding. Service was great with the service staff managing a very busy restaurant. Well done.
