YUM! Always happy when I leave here
I highly recommend the pappa prawn me if your a fan of soup dishes
Great place to head for a easy yummy dinner
A fantastic menu with plenty of variety. The food was great, have been a few times and is consistent. The service has always been quality too.
Long time awaiting. Food is authentic my friend say, but a bit pricy consider the amount. Fried chicken skin is awesome, would recommend to try.
AFTER MONTHS OF CONVINCING I ACCEPTED MY BOYFRIENDS PLEE TO TRY PAPPARICH! I just never thought it would be my "cup of tea". But if future hubby loves it more than a fat kid loves cake, then I guess I have to give it a go right!!!??!?!?!!! Let's use the "feedback sandwich" method of analysing tonight's dinner:
POSITIVES:
- The Knox Ozone location is smart. The decor was modern and very suitable for the surrounding environment.
- The roti canai was the highlight of my night... I could eat 272672722772 of these alone. YUMMMMYYYYYYY!!!!
- Curry chicken has an okay sauce flavour.
- boyfriends dried egg noodles were amazing and the sauce had a lot of flavour.
- VERYYYY GOOD PRICESSSSS!!!
NEGATIVES:
- Staff where not too welcoming or attentive and we're really quiet; making us feel uncomfortable to ask for assistance.
- Food literally came out in 5 minutes... NO JOKE. Some might think fast service is great, however to me it just screams "PRECOOKED FROM GOD KNOWS HOW LONG" and "PROCESSED FOOD".
- Jasmine rice was cold and had a stale taste.
- Prawn Sambal was horrible; the prawns had a really unusual fishy smell and taste. It was that bad I could not eat it after he first bite. I usually eat every prawn in sight but it was just yuck. It seemed very off. The sauce was okay though.
- Curry chicken on both consisted of more skin and bones then actual meat.
CONCLUSION:
To be honest I've had better, there's no "WOW" factor. I found everything to be on the bland side perhaps because I'm used to these flavour combinations and cuisines. I would recommend for a safe option for those who aren't familiar to this cuisine and would like to try it!
Went there with family as they were craving for malaysian food, wasnt my first visit there, the food were okay, like the other papparich, ban mian was good, laksa so-so, hainan chicken was meh, the chicken was a bit smelly, fish head noodle soup was dissapointing as not much meat, all bones on the head, roti onion was good, and crispy noodle with gravy was standard. Overall if i ever come back, it will only be for their ban mian and roti.
I caught up with the lovely Bu Glenda for an impromptu dinner of Malaysian hawker food at Pappa Rich in Ozone at Knox a little while back. Most of the menu is off-limits to me now - no rice, no noodles, no bread - so I gravitated towards soup. At the time, I wasn't able to get much solid food down so when I saw a soup that had silken tofu in it the 'DING DING DING WE HAVE A WINNER' lights and sirens went off in my head...
I really like this place. They have some nice mock meat meals, including chicken and mutton. Waiters were friendly and meals came quickly. My meat eating friend liked his fake mutton too 😛
Always love to have hometown food! Papa rich always a pleasure when we crave for roti with curry or nasi lemak. This time tried the Hainanese chicken rice, was good but have yet to find the best.
Service was good and efficient.
Papparich never fails to disappoint. They serve great tasting authentic Malaysian food with equally great service. Definitely will come again

Had a delicious lunch with friends here today. The food was spot on with rich flavours and great variety. Service was also great; quick and attentive. Yum! Will be eating here again soon.
The restaurant wasn't packed when we arrived, and the food arrived in good time.
We ordered Nasi Lemak, but you could tell that the prawns in the sambal prawns had come from a freezer, and had been microwaved, with sambal poured on them. This was rather disappointing as the proper way to cook the prawns is to try them in the sambal.
We also ordered a teh Tarik, but it was quite small...
Excellent food. Staff was nice and respectful. Dishes are little expensive but its ok to pay that much if you compare them with quality.
Have been here couple of times and has always been a nice experience. Highly recommended.
The food was very tasty with lots of flavours and the portions are huge for some of meals.its the same flavours that you would get in malasia and Singapore. Would love to come here again.
My favorite restaurant in Knox. Restaurant is clean, staffs are friendly. Food in good quality. I always order pappa Fired Mee, roti telur with milk tea and they are always satisfied and delicious ❤️ It was same like the taste in Malaysia. 🤤 I tried new menu recently for nasi kunyit. It is amazing with the sambal sotong. Recommended👍
