Schokolade chocolate cafe in studfield shopping centre. Nice boutique cafe store with nice flat white coffee served. Staff are nice and friendly and cakes look yummy as well. Good cafe place in that area
Staff are always super friendly and have a good energy. The coffee is sensational and the food is great too. I love starting my week with a large coffee from schokolade. Usually there is a large line for the take away coffees which gets done rather quickly. Much better since it moved a few shops down for prams too.
I order a European strawberry hot chocolate . It was amazing. It thick and taste great. Love it. The price is reasonable and love those chocolate too. Excellent. Will try other hot chocolate next.
I wandered in here as the Chinese restaurant I had set sights on offered a wait time of 40mins for any food and this was storming off distance from there.
The look of the shop is quite different to when it first opened- the chocolate display has been wound down to 1/5 of what it was.
I wasn't sure what savoury options were available but I was able to settle on a nice pesto salami calzone, which despite being a bit chewy at the edges, was otherwise quite nice.
I then ordered a lemon and lime tart, and raspberry and strawberry macaroons which I documented exploring up close to a fetishy degree, for your viewing please also.
New owners and totally refurbished. Went there with the girls for lunch, very warm atmosphere. Food was amazing, fresh homemade lasagne, spinach & ricotta pastry and risotto filled peppers were a hit with us all. Great selection of desserts, cheese cake was divine - had my mouth watering just looking at it. Smooth creamy coffee to top off the experience. Has brought a touch of Toorak to this precinct. Would definately recommend it.

Our go to for our early morning coffee. Yup we are the ones who are there waiting for the doors to open at 630am. We are always greeted with open arms and smiling faces. Best coffee around, definitely puts a kick in our step.

I went for a weekday lunch here, the staff is welcoming, warm and friendly. Grabbed a table outside being a beautiful warm sunny day in Melbourne and ambience was good.
The menu is good for breakfast though but feel it needs a bit of thought for lunch and as per season. But hey, I know it's been a tough year so let's give it to them for now.
Ordered a "Fish & chips" and a "Pasta Carbonara".
Fish and chips was absolutely brilliant and I could come here just for that any day. Very crisp, great quality and freshness can be felt all through 👍
Pasta Carbonara was good too, but it was too cheesy for a warm day and a bit on blander side. I would definitely recommend making a different pasta for warmer months, like - Pasta Pomodori, or Chilli & Garlic pasta.
All in all, a good spot for a nice relaxed brekkie or brunch.
best Vanilla Chai Latte i've ever had. very smooth. A quick catchup with an old colleague, he mentioed to meet at Schokalde, i have to say, will def visit again
My favourite place to get a morning coffee and quick bite to eat. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
Not only are the staff super friendly and pleasant to speak with, but the quality of the coffees are second to none. This combined with the friendly and relaxing ambiance is why Schokolade is my go to coffee shop.
If you haven't been already, I urge you to swing past and give this coffee shop a go! I'm confident Adrian and the team will exceed your expectations.

Today I enjoyed a lovely green smoothie with coconut water, coffee and a chocolate eclair to take home. I always feel very comfortable and welcome when I attend by myself or with someone else. I usually sit outdoors and am going to be a regular customer as I enjoy dining there.
