Nice place with friendly, helpful staff, and great food.

Great food and service. You order on a provided tablet. Staff were happy to explain how to order. I loved it, I could take as long as I wanted. No wasting of anyones time or being hurried. Easy to add or edit products. Easy to call wait staff if needed. Simply hand the tablet in when paying for your order. Food was great! Well presented. Wait times were short. Staff product knowledge was good. We will be back.

I would like to give it 3.5 stars but I can't. The coffee was not bad and the french toast could have had a little bit more of a dunking. The iPad to order was very clunky and needs some real improvements before rolling out. The young waitress was very bright and cheerful.

Great caring staff were an absolute pleasure. Very helpful and eager to assist even though there is an online ordering system now. This was also very easy to navigate as an additional bonus.

I had a lovely brunch at Hippo Espresso. The bacon and egg roll filled me completely and I couldn't fit in all my chips. The new system they have with the tablets to order from is amazing, you order the food from it and they bring it to you. You can also use it to call for a waiter and they will come to you. When I visited it was quite busy, however we were able to be seated which was surprising as we didn't have a reservation. Loved my meal and will be back again.
