Just ordered from Ichiban not too long ago. Always great customer service, and even got two free sushi rolls with my online order. Love the fact that Ichiban offers online orders and delivery, as not enough places do that. I haven't had a bad experience yet, and I order from here quite often.
Both the delivery staff and front of house are some of the most polite people that I've met from Warrnambool restaurants. The fact that the staff think of the little things like remembering to ask you if you enjoyed an order that you placed several days before, even when it was the first time that you had ever visited them and other little things like that really makes a difference in customer satisfaction and the likelihood of repeat business.
Hopefully I remember to get the lemon tea next time that I go in person, because I've been wanting to try it and keep forgetting to order it!

There are many Sushi places with a similar takeaway format in warrnambool and surrounding area, but only this one has a permanent queue of customers outside. We has several takeaways from here and all were excellent, and a fraction of the price that i would pay in London. I highly recommend this restaurant
These guys do the best home delivered Japanese food. (Warrnambool store) So yummy without the greasy after taste. Great choice of dinner meals!! Looking forward to our second delivery tonight and would highly recommend to friends. Thank you :-)
Yummy food! Always fast, efficient service. No weird flavours in their sushi handrolls. Warm food on offer, too. Good for eat in or take away. Seem to have a good selection of different foods at any time of the day.
Such a wonderful surprise to find high quality authentic Japanese food on our road trip We had mixed roll plate, miso eggplant, agedashi tofu, green tea tempura ice cream and the best of all the soup called Dobinmushi! Very strong umami flavour. I would return to Warnambool for this place
I work in the Gateway Plaza and I come to Ichiban every day for my lunch. The food is lovely and well presented, the Lemon Tea is delicious and is a nice treat! The lady who serves me each time is very kind and professional. She has a very uplifting personality and my interactions with her make my day very positive. Thank you so much for the great service. 🌺

Amazing Tonkotsu ramen. Freshly made and extra tasty, loved the lemon iced tea as well. So glad there is finally a real Japanese restaurant in Warrnambool!
