Visited here tonight, I was quite impressed. I had the sizzling steak, sweet and sour pork and spare ribs, very nice food although the ribs were a little strange and dominant taste was cinnamon, sweet and sour could have had a tad less vinegar. Overall though, it was good, I would go again and venture further into the menu.
We used to eat here 20 years ago and the decor looks like it has been unchanged

Tasty Food, Great Service. I have eaten dinner here for a while now and really enjoyed the Chinese food they serve. I've tried the Sang Choy Bow, Special Fried Rice, Sweet and Sour Pork, Garlic King Prawns, Crispy Squid and Fried Duck with Plum Sauce. All of which were tasty and good value. Those are all my fav dishes here (especially the duck!). One of the best Chinese Restaurants in Perth. I keep coming back again and again.
3 visits. I've been to this restaurant for dinner 3 times in the last couple months. The food was great and the service was prompt and polite. Nice crowd of customer probably helped the atmosphere too. I ordered the Tom Yum Rice which was something I'd never had before and I would definitely recommend it. The food was good value for the purchase size. They do the standard stuff very well too (I've tried Mongolian beef san choy bow and garlic prawns). We walked in all 3 times but it was rather busy a couple times so it's probably best to book.

We ordered take-out, sweet and sour pork, chips, fried rice and braised satay chicken. We received complimentary prawn crackers which was nice, it was ready in 15 min which was great. The pork came seperate with the sauce which was great nice and crispy, the rice was great! The satay chicken however was bad! Very very salty unedible even and not very peanutty at all, so disappointed :( but the rest was very yum very reasonably priced and large sizes! Chips were good and got a stuffed chicken wing which was also nice. Will go back again just don't try the satay
Agree with the "best Chinese in perth" comment. My family has been going there for at least 10 years and never never been dissapointed. As for the service- some times inconsistent with timing but let's face it - it's cheap and the food is sensational. 4.5 out of 10.
