Best service and I'm glad the staff don't judge my weekly (sometimes twice weekly) visits! �
Went in to try the new Vegan range... Didn’t like it at all, it taste like nestle chocolate powder mixed with water.
I also had the mango flavour and hazelnut and they were SO GOOD!
I would definitely recommend going there and trying there gelato but just stay away from the vegan range.
Located inside Stockland Wetherill Park, this shop offers a large variety of gelato flavours. I have been here several times and during my recent visit I tried their new “death by chocolate” range. I had the white & choc raspberry and chocolate with Lindt. All was delicious and indulgent.

The flavours never disappoint and they are constantly coming up with lots of new flavours.
Service was really good but this store is a bit small so doesn't have all of the flavours some of the bigger stores have.
Located in Stocklands close to Priceline so is easy to find.
Both of us are big gelato fans, so we decided to stop by Gelatissimo for a sweet treat whilst doing some shopping.
The staff member was really friendly, and she gave a very decent scoop of gelato which was nice. We tried the hazelnut, chocolate and raspberry cheesecake flavours. All of them were smooth and decadent, and the waffle cone they were served in was delicious too.

The new owners are great! Came here for some gelato and was impressed with the service. So friendly and happy to sample flavours. All the best guys you will do great 👍🏼

Despite me going to Stockland Wetherill Park often, I have never been to this Gelatissimo. However, yesterday was the day where this was no longer true.
Around 6:45pm on the 15th of July, my family and I had visited this place as one of my family members were craving ice cream! We thought, “it wouldn’t be too bad getting ice cream right now! Gelatissimo will just be a fine experience”. Boy, when I tell you my underestimation was wrong, I meant it.
When we first approached this place we were greeted by two loooovely servers - one male and one female - enthusiastically to the extent that it made us feel warm and welcome.
The female server had no problem in allowing me and my family members to try some of the ice-cream flavours on display. After deciding a little, we had ordered scoops of:
- Dragonfruit and Lychee (now my new favourite and i HIGHLY recommend)
- Mango
- Biscoff (my family member’s all time favourite which i also HIGHLY recommend)
- Hazelnut, and
- Espresso.
Despite me stating the flavours that I highly recommend, I do believe all the flavours they have on display are all highly recommended, yet I’ll just have to come to this Gelatissimo more often so I can return to this review and recommend all the flavours lol.
These flavours tasted great, yet it wasn’t the only thing that made me feel satisfied. Those 2 lovely servers made me feel extremely happy, it’s a shame that this review does not do justice for how amazing they are. It’s also a shame that they’re not as busy as Yoghurtland, Hero Sushi, San Churro, etc. and the only convincing reason to me is because Gelatissimo is located in an area of Wetherill Park that don’t have much people around (which I will definitely be having a talk to management about). I cannot stress this enough, an ice cream store with extremely lovely servers and great tasting ice cream deserves to be located in the section of Stockland Wetherill Park which has much more people around.
To the owner of this Gelatissimo, just know that I’m applauding you for allowing customers - like my family and I - to have an amazing and unforgettable experience. I will definitely be coming more often whenever I come to Stockland Wetherill Park.
I’m also promising you that I’ll do the most I can to make sure your store is relocated in the busy area that you AND your lovely servers deserve.

This store offers a decent mix of flavours, some which are vegan, as well as sorbet and a low sugar vanilla. It was difficult to find a price list for each scoop (cup or cone) so I had no idea how much I was going to pay until finishing the order. Please make your prices more visible from both counters.
