Took my client there yesterday. She loves chocolate, she had a hot hoc and a turtle with caramel inside, delicious , I had a latte and a chocolate heart, scrumptious , would recommend to all, very nice and friendly staff, will go again.. ���
I like the coffee here. Visited this place once, and I still can remember how the taste like. The shop is also cozy enough to enjoy coffee while having chit chat with partner
The perfect stop if you're looking for a really good hot chocolate. The standard milk and dark are great and the flavoured ones offer a bit of a twist although can be very sweet. Have had both mint and chocolate orange, both were good. My partner said the coffee was decent and enjoyed his complimentary biscuit but was more impressed with his waffles. I had a salmon bagel which was nice and hit the spot.
This place is great as a morning or afternoon treat without spending too much as you would in a lot of other cafes in the area. The chocolates are lovely as well if you're wanting to grab a gift for somebody on the way out, or just fancy taking a piece of the place with you.
Had the dark and white Belgian hot chocolates. Friendly and prompt service. The drinks were deliciously rich and great value at only $4 for a cup, a price you wouldn't get in Melbourne CBD for this quality.
Clean cups Wow. It is becoming a rarity these days to get clean cups in cafes but cocoa's are the cleanest. Staff are friendly and care about their work. Great local for me after work. The Sugar hour can be a bit daunting at times but on the whole quite pleasant. Great for some nice service after a days gardening.

Lovely spot for a delicious soup or sandwich (homemade!!!) ... And plenty of sweet treats. The lattes are excellent. Best find in Williamstown for this visitor!
Not bad but I have been to better chocolate places than this.. The hot chocolate that I had was nice, but I couldnt help but think that it tasted like some sort of cheap chocolate pudding that you might get in a sachet from the super market served warm. Perhaps i ordered the wrong thing (Tiramisu) as my friends enjoyed what they had. One big turn off was that for about 20 minutes we had to put up with 5 or 6 screaming children misbehaving in there. i can't help but think that the staff should have done something about this and possibly spoken to their mothers or asked them to leave, as many of the patrons were looking around and glaring angrilly. It made the experience here a considerably unpleasant one, but I would go back. Was disappointed that they had run out of ice cream too, as we did intend to try the ice cream spaghetti.
A MUST!. This is place is awesome. The service is always lovely! You can tell staff love their job and actually do their best to ensure your experience is pleasant!

Who can ever say a bad word about chocolate too :). I really loved the focaccia we had recently. My daughter took most of my half because she was loving it too. We didnt even need to tell staff that my sister and I would be sharing, despite getting other sweets too. They nicely halved it and placed on two seperate plates - just the way I would have asked.
Its a quiet place as not many know of it - people dont know what they are missing out on! But seriously, if u want a great coffee, cake or focaccia where you won't be interuppted, or shoved around. Try the Chocolate Room.

This the best place to go for the most perfect hot chocolate, totally love never disappoints, they have a good variety, you can also pick up some good Auusie produce here, everytime we go here we pick up a couple of dog discuits for our puppies, we all love it here. The service is excellent, they are very friendly and helpful.

The hot chocolates are out of this world amazing it’s to the point where if any of my cousins come from outside Melbourne I bring them here for a bite to eat and a cofe. Absolutely amazing would recommend.
