There was quite a few dishes to select from however as it was our first time we decided to go with a safe option before deciding to come back and try some more other dishes!
We ordered the green chicken curry & a soy noodle dish with prawns. And they were cooked to our liking. The green curry was quite mild but tasty and the noodles and prawn were cooked just right.
We would be back to try some more another time
Ordered a vegetarian Pad Thai noodles. We liked the crunchiness of the dish. The noodles was a bit too chewy for our liking. A place one can visit if not feeling the motivation to cook
Not the best thai around, but definitely good value for money. Cheap prices and the portions are big. Great for a quick feed that will leave you full and satisfied.
Classics are best here, i.e. pad thai and pad see eiw. Friendly service and best of all, takeaway containers are free (unlike some places that charge per container)!
What on earth has happened to Noodle Hut? This place has been serving fresh, delicious, excellent quality Thai food for the best part of 20 years. Tonight, the food bordered on inedible. I'm flabbergasted. The stir fried garlic prawns, usually light and fragrant and tangy, had sooo much BOILED garlic through it (either that or it was out of a jar) it was pungent, muddy and sorry - I have to say it - disgusting. The no-doubt frozen prawns were mushy and bland. The Pad Kra Prao Beef was also heavy and almost as garlicky as the the prawns. The Singapore noodles were passable compared to the other two dishes but a bit bland by their usual standard. The Money Bags were comprised of severely dried out minced chicken instead of succulent pork. I sincerely hope this was an aberration - but I'm not going to risk returning until I hear things are back on track. Devastated.
UPDATE DEC 2016: Thai Noodle Hut now back on form. Fresh, tasty, well-priced. All is forgiven!
Fresh cooked food - especially love their gravy noodle!. Nice fresh food, Environment not quite suited for dine in. It is casual and nice for a group of younger clients. Personally I takeaway and enjoy the food in the comfort of home. Best gravy noodles out of the many, many Thai restaurants I have tried.
Delicious! If you want fresh, cheap and delicious Thai then don't go any further. The noodle stir fries are always a favorite - they are fresh and always full of flavor. You certainly don't go for the decor but if you want cheap and cheerful, this is the place for you! Food comes out super quickly and never disappoints.
Awesome Thai food. Very yummy and still can't find a yummier laksa - and I've tried quite a few!
