Stopped in after lots of wine tasting in the area. We all enjoyed our food. I had an oven burger in a wrap. It came came with a delicious Kusundi. So tasty! Staff were lovely and friendly. Good one Black Pearl! 👍

We've stopped here on two consecutive Fridays around 6:30 and they've been packed with locals and highway drivers stopping for a feed. This is a good sign for all. The service is friendly but to the point as there isn't any time for chit chat. We've had the fish burger, the cheese burger (it was great), the Cajun burger (really good) and a hamburger with the lot (this was OK but not much flavour considering it was with the lot). The prices are reasonable and there is an ample selection of food to choose from. If you choose the eat at one of their tables, it may be a little difficult as they're all occupied by patrons waiting for their take away orders. Really worth a visit.

Two Sheds

Moderately interesting little cafe just off the highway near the river in Winchelsea. Not sure of the origins of the name but the modular furniture inside is black so that might be it. It’s a fish and chip shop cum pizzeria. The two young guys on duty made me a very nice coffee from a serious looking coffee machine. I asked for strong and they delivered superbly. The older of the two took great care over the brew and did a great job. They had a scallop special on and I was tempted into getting that and a salad. While the salad serve was too small the salad itself was really lovely. It was fresh and very nicely put together and put salads I’ve had in much fancier places to shame. I liked this place and would happily return.
