We loved our meal at Cafe la Playa. Each dish was delicious. The casual atmosphere was relaxing, friendly and comfortable. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. Loved the down to earth feel of honest great food.

We went to Cafe La Playa last night for dinner ( 4 adults and 2 children). They had a high chair for the baby so that was handy and kids meals which kept them occupied. I ordered a range of dishes from the menu so we could sample a bit of everything. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious! The whitebait and vongole were perfect! Every dish we ate was special in it's own right and sooo tasty. Think we have found our new regular eatery! Thanks for having us. Xx

What a little gem. First visit last night and we will definately be back. Service is a little slow but boy do they deliver on taste. We had 7 different tapas all superb, garlic prawns and clams a must have. We waited maybe an hour from being seated until we got our food but enjoyed a few glasses of wine to pass the time, we were offered free dessert and coffee but it really wasnt necessary. Best tapas ive eaten!! See you again soon.

Such an amazing little restaurant. Cafe La Playa has such amazingly tasty authentic food. Their paella is so good. You have to order it ahead of your reservation and you can select how many people you would like it for, but oh my when it comes out it is so good. Their entrees/tapas menu is so good. You definitely have to order the patatas bravas it is incredible. Cafe La Playa is byo so bring along a good Spanish red or some craft beer to compliment their amazing food

"What a treat" Great home style Spanish food and service by Annie, Bill and staff. Awesome atmosphere with no over the top fuss. Just a modest and affordable place to eat great Spanish Tapas, awesome Paellas and other menu dishes. Highly recommend that you give them a call to enjoy a beautiful and sumptous meal. Small tip though, if you want to eat Paella let them know when you book so that they can be prepared as Paellas take some time to cook. Great work Cafe La Playa !!! Manny Paniagua & Chrissy Di-Marco

Surprisingly cool old school Spanish eatery with proper home cooked flavours in the dishes. Open only 3 days a week and not seating a lot of people...it is really and I mean really worth a visit, BYO and good to go. Dishes like paella & casuela need to be ordered ahead which is a surety of fresh seafood brought specially for the ocassion. We will definitely be back and take out friends with us.

Great food and tapas.Garlic prawns,bbq octopus, callamarri lemon chiken croquettes and patas bravas all to die for!!Great place to have a date night or take the kids. Must book. If you have big group advise staff early and consider and order before you go
