Surprisingly delicious and authentic. Can't believe there's such a hidden gem in the Wollongong area. Probably the best Cantonese live seafood I ever had in Australia.

I don't know how to evaluate the true taste of the food in this restaurant, but it is highly recommended and it is impossible to describe how good it is in words. It is said that the current chefs almost work as chefs in most famous Chinese restaurants in Sydney and follow other Chinese chefs to learn cooking skills.
