Wasn’t made clear that we could enjoy a glass of wine and platter while we were there. Customer service wasn’t anything to rave about. Oak tree and garden is beautiful and well kept. Would return but wouldn’t go out of my way as a local

A great find. My sister and I recently had lunch at Kellybrook Winery after a wine and cider tasting at the cellar door. We really enjoyed their sparkling wine and champagne cider and found their pear and apple cider to taste how cider should taste (unlike many other brands of cider, no rotten fruit taste was detected). In the restaurant, we found the food to be full of flavour, beautifully presented, and despite other reviews here suggesting that the portions are small, we had no room for dessert after eating an entree and main.

I will definitely return to this tucked away gem. As a local, it is great to have a restaurant of this calibre close by. Another bonus, is that there is a 20% discount on cellar door purchases when you dine at the restaurant.

A note for the gluten intolerant...almost the entire menu is suitable for those with a sensitivity to gluten.

Kellybrook Winery. My husband and I enjoyed the most wonderful lunch at Kellybrook today. We first started at the cellar door to learn more about the wines and bought a few varieties to enjoy later. We were kindly offered a glass of wine to enjoy under their amazing 150 year old oak tree which was amazing! The wonderful experience continued with our al fresco dining experience on the patio under a grape vine canopy. Our entree and main course were sublime, and we kept questioning ourselves as to why we hadn't been here for years!. Unfortunately despite the hospitality experienced also today, the menu was quite limited and provincial. But today, we haven't experienced better in a long time! Please give this place a go! The meals aren't large but if that's what you are after then visit a pub. This is culinary delights at it's best! Well done Kellybrook and to your chef! She's amazing!

Something Special. Four of us came here for a lazy Sunday afternoon lunch and went away with great impressions.

We started off with a wine tasting at the Cellar door. Kellybrook has a great history of making Apple based beverages: Champagnes, Ciders and Calvados. Over the last 20 years they have also branched out into wines of great quality. - Very impressive, and so close to Melbourne.

After figuring out what ciders and wines we would have with lunch, we were greeted in the restaurant by the fantastically friendly, down to earth, and engaging staff. They seem to really enjoy working here, and it comes out. - How refreshing!

We had a Starter Tasting Platter, and then partook of a few entree's each. The Scallops, Pork Belly were very popular and the Rabbit sublime. We followed up with chocolate 3 ways platter that we all shared. (Pure Indulgence - Yum!!!!)

The Chef obviously knows her stuff, and puts a lot of time and passion into her craft.

Overall we had nearly 4 hours here, and the staff and kitchen indulged us with our sedentary pace.

If you are lucky enough to have a warm sunny day, sitting outside on the balcony looking over the unforgettably picturesque vines would be a real treat.

Looking forward to coming back (And sitting outside).

VeryGood. Went on Saturday night with a group of 8. The food was of a high standard.
Would definitely recommend.
Prices were a little expensive - on the whole a good experience.

Lovely hampers of cheese and bread with a great selection of wine to try. Our dog was allowed to join us outside too which was great. Staff were very friendly and accomodating, and there's lovely gardens out the back, with a great seating area under a huge tree for larger groups. Ample car park spaces and definitely worth a visit!

A great winery that very accessible from Melbourne. They have reasonably good wines; a little pricy but a good tipple. The cider is worth a try and the take away price is not to bad. The food is simple but a high quality; perfect for a glass or two. Great setting; make the trip!

Love this winery so much! The staff were incredibly lovely and kind and even helped me out with an assignment I was doing about Yarra Valley wineries. It’s always nice to support local and Kellybrook Winery is definitely worth a visit (or two, or three…!!).

Absolutely wonderful winery and lovely people. We sat in front of the open fire drinking superb wine, great cheese platter with local produce. Perfect way to spend an afternoon. Would highly recommend. They have an amazing old tree that is the most beautiful tree I have ever seen.

Great communication as OpenTable had booked the wrong time. Wines were great and would defs recommend the Willowlake Pinot Noir. Extensive selection of foods as well. Great afternoon spent with some live music!

Kellybrook Winery is a rare gem in the outer eastern suburbs. Their wines are incredible! (The estate Pinot noir and the gewurtztraminer being my favourites!) but above all that the hospitality and the customer service from Jenny and the rest of the team is second to none! In a regular non-pandemic year they also run the Cider Festival in May which is always a yearly scrumpy-licious highlight, and during the pandemic they have bent over backwards to deliver their beautiful wines and Yarra valley cheeses which are normally available at their cellar door, straight to our door! For an epic winery visit not too far from the suburbs, you cannot go past Kellybrook! 🍏🍎❤️💚
