Took my partner for his first time, special birthday lunch surprise. I’ve had the pleasure of dining three times before. I simply cannot fault this place. The surroundings, the ambience, the food, the service. Everything is impeccable. We had the $90 per person banquet. Great value for money I thought. The coconut salmon soup is just Devine. Certainly enough food as this was a little worrisome reading some previous reviews. Loved the amount of time between courses. Makes for a lazy afternoon immersed in the atmosphere. I heard a lot of WOW’s!!! from neighbouring tables and witnessed eyes raised heavenwards after taking a mouthful of delectable food. If you’ve never been, just go. My partner said ‘How do I beat this for a birthday surprise, I will have to raise the bar’.
The best meal I think weve ever had, staff are so informative & friendly..food is out of this world amazing flavours, beautiful backdrop scenery to sit in,so relaxed..definitely be back have actually meaning to come here for years duno why I left it so long..can see why this place has won so many awards...well done !!!
I have been fortunate enough to visit here a few times and it never disappoints. The dishes are amazing and their speciality dish, tamarind fish is a must. All the dishes are fresh and packed with a punch of flavours and spice. ❤️
Fantastic as always. I can't wait for the restaurant to reopen. Simon, our chef, was fantastic and knows his trade. He created a great atmosphere. We also sat with some awesome people. So much fun.
We recently attended a Cooking School course with the very entertaining Chef Simon. Fear not if you were born with two left hands, the chef's are professionals and can rescue even the worse chopped vegetables. At the end of the course you get to enjoy a beautiful meal and chat with your fellow 'day' Chefs. One the best days out we have had and we will be back again.
To start with it is a magical to walk through the gently lit beautiful gardens to the restaurant. The staff are most welcoming showing you to your table. The ambience of the restaurant is outstanding being lightly lit, stylishly decorated and overlooking a small lake. It is obvious that the staff are highly trained as they explain every detail about the menu and the flavours of each dish. We had the premium banquet which consisted of many small but exquisite plates. All had different and rather exciting palate pleasing flavours. The main dishes excelled in show casing the ability of the world class Sunshine Coast chefs to our American family. The desserts were just as pleasing. My only criticism is that the length of time between the entrees and main course was far far too long. Get that right and it would have been 10 out if 10. So just 9.5 out of 10 but still worthy of 5 stars. Wonderful night and a big thank you to Spirit House
Unfortunately had a break in but excited for reopening in February
Just a singular gorgeous tropical spiritual otherworldly experience
Lovely shop and so worth booking for a cooking lesson
Great spot to eat. First class food & service. The garden setting is a delight. Directions to the loo at night can be hazardous. Its All good.go there & experience for your self.
