Friendly staff always happy to give the dog a pat or some free bacon! Food is always good and cooked perfectly, must have been here over 30times since moving to yarraville can't fault it at all. Well done guys

On the corner of a turn, this little gem is tucked away. She may not seem like much but she packs some flavourful dishes.

FOOD: I ordered the Jerk Chicken Burger and though, it didn’t taste like jerk exactly, it was a really good grilled chicken burger. The ingredients used were really fresh which made the dish even more delicious. The portion was really big and thankfully, it was because I was starving!! HAHAH. The fries were done to perfection, the chicken was really succulent and also I’m sooo glad the herb yoghurt didn’t taste too much like coriander 🤣🤣

At the far end of the main street of Yarraville, Willis and Anderson is a lovely cafe serving up fabulous food with loads of love. The staff here are just so lovely and welcoming and it feels like you are visiting friends. With seating indoors, in a shaded courtyard, or out the front; there is plenty of room and it's a comfortable atmosphere.
With a new menu just in time for spring, we decided to try some of the new items. The jerk chicken burger was served on a huge bun and came with a tonne of beautifully seasoned fries. The chicken was juicy and delicious, and the salad was slightly different to the usual coleslaw. This one had chunks of cucumber and tomato, and it was a good combination; but probably could have done with slightly less dressing. I still enjoyed the taste though, even though it was very messy to eat!
The farro and grilled vegetable salad was amazing. Such creative plating, and so much flavour in a healthy bowl. This was a very light dish, and will be perfect in summer. Also a great choice for vegetarians and the health conscious. The combination of grains and grilled zucchini, cauliflower, tomatoes and kale worked really well together.
Alongside some fabulous coffee, we really enjoyed our lunch at Willis and Anderson. With such happy staff and an appetising menu we can see why this spot is such a popular choice with locals, and the cosy ambience really makes everyone feel at home.

Yum! This brunch cafe has friendly staff and good service. Brunch is good too, came with 2 friends and we all enjoyed our food and drinks. Came here because it closed later than the other brunch places and it did not disappoint.

I was at Yarraville waiting for my favourite ice cream shop to open, and in the meantime, the two hungry people that I was with wanted food. So we decided to call into Willis and Anderson since it was the cafe closest to my destination.
We were greeted warmly by a young waitress, who was a ray of sunshine throughout. Happiness is contagious and her cheery personality definitely made the whole dining experience much more enjoyable.
I settled for a muffin and peanut butter chocolate chip cookie, just to tide me over until I could get my ice cream. This didn't stop me from sneaking bites of the other two's lunch though, in particularly the Soulful Breakfast which was majorly drool-worthy. The hash brown was the star of the dish - soft inside, and crisped on the outside. The creamy and fluffy scrambled eggs fared highly too, and the remaining items (mushrooms, spinach, chorizo and bacon) were textbook examples of how expert cooking and using fresh produce can turn something simple into something extraordinary. Beautiful fresh flavours that tantalised the taste buds.
The grilled salmon fillet was also a dish that shine on the basis of the quality of the produce. The salad of sauteed greens, quinoa pilaf and cherry tomatoes were bursting with freshness, and the zhoug (cilantro sauce) lent a bright citrusy flavour. The salmon fillet was a just a tad dry, and crumbled a bit too easily - a minor inconvenience.
Our coffees were great too. Bold and smooth, these were wonderful to start and end the meal.
Hidden away in a corner of Yarraville, this place is quite nice. Decor and service are good, and the brunch food is tasty and well presented. Would definitely go back again.

What a fantastic experience! We were warmly greeted the moment we walked in and continued to have friendly interactions with all staff throughout our visit. They really went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoyed everything.
We had an almond latte made with Reverence coffee which was delicious, and is a great locally sourced product.
All of our food was incredibly delicious and tasty – we had the French toast, avo crush with a side of halloumi & the breakfast special!
The French toast was very light and fluffy and the candied bacon was the perfect accompaniment - it was the perfect crossover between sweet and savoury!
The breakfast special was a veggie's delight, packed full of delicious fresh vegetables with a spinach hollandaise.
The smashed avo was a generous portion size, and the addition of pesto and mint really made this dish stand out compared to other smashed avo dishes.
Thanks for having us, we can’t wait to return to this local gem for the amazing service and delicious food!

Been brunch I’ve had in years. There were 4 of us and all of our meals were excellent, everyone was impressed. Enjoyed it so much we went back the next morning. Warm & welcoming customer service, dog friendly incl protected terrace with heating. Good vegetarian options also. Highly recommend.

Good cafe food, excellent coffee. Had the southern fried chicken burger and Willis wraps. The texture on the burger was excellent, needed some more salt and sauce. The chips were undercooked but had good seasoning. Coffees are excellent, great flavour and milk texture.

The coffee is good. The food is good. The eggs Benedict on hash browns with bacon is particularly good.
The brownie, warmed, is also a favourite.
There's more room than is immediately apparent, and the hidden room is warm enough. If it isn't raining or freezing, the outside area is nice.
The staff are really friendly. They sing along to the music (with unseen contributors in the kitchen) and it can sometimes kind of be like a cross between getting brunch and attending a house party / visiting friends.
I guess if you take yourself too seriously and have no chill, you should probs go somewhere else. More room for me.

Decided to err upwards because I wanted 4.5 stars but it's closer to 5 than 4.
Second time here, the first was with my son, sat in the little courtyard and it was great. Excellent food, really good coffee, made me want to return.
Second time is a Sunday brunch with just my partner and I. Sunday brunch is a good challenge for any Cafe and W&A delivered.
Had coffee, excellent as last time to the point I got another. Food took slightly longer than I'd have liked, and certainly I heard some other tables ask about timings but when I did arrive it was totally worth it. We had the Big Willis and the BRAT toastie both of which were excellent.
The timing isn't what drops down from 5 stars, the lack of communication is. Only improvement would be being more open about kitchen timings so people can know it'll take a bit longer.
All in all, very much worth the time for a great coffee and meal.
This is a very vibrant place, my friend and I enjoyed our brunch very much!
