I questioned the customer service guy and asked for the sweetest and juiciest fish. He recommended the Hoki. When he gave me the box there was approx 5cm of fish sticking out. Opened up and there was this huge piece of fish. He was right. The Hoki was delish. Price was good. Would recommend.

Best fish and chips I have had in a long time, cooked just the way I asked, delish sweet potato chips!
