Wilkies Cafe stands out from the rest because of the inviting atmosphere. The interior had a rustic / industrials feel to it and I LOVED the giant real ferns. Well done to whoever takes care of those! About the food. Super yummy and worth the price. I had a French Toast banana bread which was surprisingly not sickeningly sweet so I devoured that. My partner had eggs Benedict which looks great but I didn’t get a taste. He also smashed that! The coffee is ok. I’d rate the food over the coffee considering the price point. Overall a nice place to visit while in Young for food, cake and a hot drink.

Perfect........perfect food, perfect coffee, perfect price, perfect service. Stopped here for lunch on our road trip to Victoria. Bao buns and sushi were the best ever. This cafe is definitely a hidden gem and worth the stop.

We had the Ranch style focaccia, it was absolutely beautiful, my husband said his coffee was really nice, but my hot chocolate was the best, highly recommend this cafe
