We have been welcomed very good from the staff.
The place is very tidy , clean and super well look after.
The food is exceptional, the continental breakfast is full of different options from the savory to the sweet one. The quality was amazing and very flavorful.
We were guests of the campground and they give us a discount , we payed 30$ instead of 45$
Very good deal and honestly 30$ Totally worthy.
If I had time , I would have tried the dinner as well.

Beautiful food experience in a very special venue. Wonderful service, fabulous food choices and in a great location. Join Accor for discounts and points. Sails is a great spot to see Uluru and all that is central Australia.
Food option (entrance to exit): dumpling, fried rice, tomatoes, mushroom, baked beans, bacon, pastry, bread, cheese selection, cold meat, fruits, small smoothie, chia seed pudding, cereals, juice, milk, water, egg station in the middle
Cleaness: Restaurant set up was amazingly clean and well organized
Coffee: Included brewing coffee and tea is served by wait staff on the table.
Barista coffee is around $5.50
Customer service: Not feeling welcomed. The lady at host didn’t welcome when we enter the restarant and gave the table near the entrance even when there are lots of tables available inside. Staff in the buffet area was just standing and not helping. Only one wait staff clearing tables was friendly.
Buffet food option is really nice and reommended but don’t expect good customer service.
If you're camping at Ayers Rock Resort, recommended the buffet that the resort had deal for campers. Go and have a lovely relaxing dinner. Very helpful lovely staff. Plenty of hot, cold food and seafood to choose. Delicious desserts 🍨
Pretty good as a breakfast buffet. Pretty good as a dinner buffet. There’s a good choice of foods at both although not much that particularly inspires, IMO. But you can’t fault the range and variety and we broadly enjoyed our meals here. The highlight for me are the staff who were efficient and faultless to a tee, and always good humoured.

Loved their buffet breakfast and buffet dinner - loads of options for western food, Asian food, gluten free, seafood, desserts, pastries, fresh fruits, juices, made to order Benedict, poached eggs etc. Barista coffee is additional but great value for money, similar price to buffet you pay for in any other Accor hotel in Melbourne city. Book in for buffet dinner to get a seat right away but of course peak time at breakfast might need to wait a short time for a table. So happy with the quality and service, we’d come here again!
A smashing buffet with delicious food. The one thing I'll warn is that it closes relatively early and they take bookings right up to closing, but don't refresh items close to closing so even though they take your booking and money, you might not get the same options as those who get in early.. despite paying the same. A little off-putting but it's still very high quality food
Ilkari is exceptional, everything about it. The food is outstanding and the service impeccable. We have dined in some of the finest restaurants in the world and Chef Patrice has recreated a feeling of bringing every fine restaurants menu to one place in Ilkari. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT - highly recommend it
