Just visited Adelaide recently from Queensland and had lunch at two bit villians. The atmosphere was great and the food was amazing, which was great as not being vegan I was not really sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of choice and how tasty the food was. I would recommend it to anyone regardless of wether they are vegan or have food allergies or are just looking for a good value tasty meal.
I live in Sydney and this is the first place I come to when I'm in town. As a coeliac and a vegetarian, it's always difficult to find the 'v' and the 'gf' together on a menu - not here! Delicious comfort food, large portions and friendly staff in a relaxed, high ceilinged diner. Perfect for carb loading between gigs :D
Loved it all! Except the peanut hot chocolate.. there isn’t a cup big enough for enough of that warm cup of loveliness ♥️ I took my parents there for the UK and they couldn’t speak enough of it! I don’t normally eat meat substitute but if you eat any this is the place to do it. Amazing flavor and taste. We can’t wait to go back... o wish they had one closer to me as I would eat there every week.
My friend and I have a weekly fat Friday lunches here at Two Bits Villain. Their burgers taste just like a normal meat burger! So juicy and rich in flavour I would honestly choose this over any other ‘normal burgers’. My favourite is the baron burger whereas my friend prefers the sloppy joe. Fries on the side are amazing! The seasoning for it is just so right!
They do get quite busy during lunch and we always just phone to order and pick it up to make things easier for us!
The staff there are super friendly too! Will highly recommend!!
The staff was kind and considerate, the food is honestly the most DELICIOUS vegan food I’ve had, and it’s refreshing to see a company provide good vegan desserts!
Pretty sick place located about Rundle mall. This restaurant includes a huge range of vegetarian and vegan options making it suited to many dietary needs. I however who is not either still very much enjoyed my food, my milkshake was so yummy I ordered a second. I love the atmosphere and the workers are all so chilled out and friendly
I returned after several years and was pleased to find that the service had vastly improved - we were able to order and eat comfortably within a lunch hour. Both burgers that we ordered were delicious - as a carnivore I did not miss the meat. Good fries.
The service is superb! The people are so kind and to top it off their food is delicious! While the menu prices are a little bit pricey for me, there is no doubt that this place offers great quality food.
Best spot in Adelaide. Perfect for when you want all vegan/vego essential comfort foods like Mac n Cheese, Cheeseburgers, Chilli Cheese Fries etc. So so delicious, service is great, AND THE MILKSHAKES! Beautiful spot especially out on the balcony at night.
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Honestly my all time favourite place to go when i'm in the city! The chilli cheese fries are a must have, I highly recommended them as they are amazing.
This secret little gem screams aesthetic as it gives off an American diner vibe with the gorgeous option of sitting outside on the balcony where you can watch the city go by!
100% by far one of my favourite restaurants.
P.S. It's a vegetarian restaurant where the meat tastes so real even my meat eater friends were fooled 😋
Super friendly and helpful staff, and the best *ever* veganised 'beef' burger that reminded me of good ol' takeaway shop burgers 🤤 will be back to try their take on the chicken burger. So good!
Its hard to fault this place. It is in a great hidden location upstairs with a balcony overlooking the mall. They have vegetarian and vegan burgers which have so much flavour! Their fries have the best seasoning too. There is a vast range of homemade soda options. The staff were really friendly. My only complaint would be their uniform, it could possibly be improved to look nicer and avoid the rude words.
The staff were absolutely wonderful, informative, friendly, and there was a huge menu to choose from!
There was quite a long wait as they were pretty busy when we went, but the drinks were lovely while we waited.
I love that a vegetarian can order without worries here, and all you need to do is ask for your order to be vegan, and they'll take care of the rest!
I can't say I recommend the chicken burger, it doesn't have a lot of flavour and the spongy bread-like texture of the patty was very off-putting. The crumbling was nice though.
The "mozzarella sticks" were creamy and tasty, but don't bite into them expecting stretchy cheese. They're quite soft.
Overall a lovely experience, I'm gonna try something else on the menu next time though!
Wow! We stumbled onto this but what an amazing find. Everything vegetarian with vegan options. And the Americana style dishes are just great.
Their drinks range of house made sodas are also worth trying
The location elevated above Adelaide Arcade with views over Rundle mall are lovely. And the interior a fun mix of 60’s furniture and older 1890s architecture of Adelaide Arcade
Food was fast and service was good.
A friend suggested we go here for lunch, was not aware it was a vego restaurant. Pleasantly surprised, ordered the cajun salad and it was delicious. The fried chicken was really tasty, once you got over the texture of it, kind of bread like. Tried the soda too, was nice and they had a variety of different flavours that you wouldn’t normally get from a softy. Service was friendly and food came out nice and fast
What a find. Ordered the onion rings and they were amazing. A must have if you are here. We also had the cheeseburger and the Baron burger and both were delicious. Highly recommend dropping in.
A lovely friendly restaurant, The staff were extremely efficient and offered suggestions to those who hadn't dined vegetarian before, The wait time was also quite quick,I had the onion ring burger and it was really good
Delicious food! My friend and I ordered 'The jailbird' and the 'Chilli Cheese Fries', along with a lime and choc milkshake. It was served promptly and the view from the balcony was wonderful, so peaceful and pretty. I would recommend this food to all, you couldn't tell there was no meat!!!
Wonderful little place, deserves more awareness! The sodas have a nice almost herbal taste, and the vegan Mac and cheese is fantastic.
The breaded tenders have a very unique approach of being sourdough-like pieces crumbed and fried, creating that chicken-like chewiness in a familiar way.
