Friendly service and excellent food. The curries have good flavour, the naan bread was cooked nicely, and the entree place we ordered was also equally tasty. The main meals are a little pricey but the flavours and taste make up for it, would definetly go again to try out different dishes as they all sounded good
Consistently delicious food and great service. Prices have been steadily rising over the years, but it is still great value. The thali plate is my go to for variety and value. The Ruby prawns are a fabulous house speciality!
I admit it is more expensive than majority of Indian restaurants. Definetly has a limited menu. It sticks to Westernized classics more than authentic Indian dishes.
HARD TO FIND A NEARBY CAR PARK
A lovely old building & it was quite cosy on a chilly winter Saturday evening.
It would have been nice to be offered drinks when we were seated.
The four of us shared some pappadams with mint chutney to nibble on while waiting for our dinner - a generous quantity but you would expect that for $5.50. More mint chutney was provided when it quickly ran out.
We then shared butter chicken, fish masala, pumpkin curry, dahl, steamed rice & some naan for dipping in the delectable gravies. All dishes were good, I can't pick a favourite.
The staff were cheerful even though they were very busy.
My only quibble is that the food could have been hotter when brought out - it seemed to go cold very quickly.
