Honestly the cake was very delicious, the best I've ever had in Adelaide. The durian puff is absolutely very good and their customer service was also very satisfactory! Will keep coming back!

Such a good staff (a lady 170-175cm height with glasses) who attracts more customer to repeat

I have ordered a cake from this shop in emergency and I was amazed the cake was delivered within a short notice to me. They have a very hardworking and passionate staff. Ordered 4 cream puff from Uber eats and they were all off. The shells were very soggy and filling has become sour. Taste like has been made for few days. Disgusting!

I have had Egg Tarts fresh on the streets of Hong Kong and I have to say the one from Mr Cheese takes Egg Tarts to a whole new level. Pastry was perfect and the custard part was just right!!! Will most definitely be going back for more. Looking forward to trying their other cakes next time. Extremely polite and friendly service !!

Honestly it’s nice cake but the communications between their staff and customers are poor.
I prepaid for a birthday cake and candle but the staff forgot to give us candle on the day we picked up. We found it lately and there’s no way to call at 10pm.
Then I asked for the refund of candle as we didn’t need the candle at all.
Interesting parts:
One of the staff told me that she’s the manager but company doesn’t do refund from business account to any customers account. She wanted to return my money from her own bank account. I said no as I don’t want anyone has personal losses.
Two days later I called again to ask for refund as I can’t come to shop for cash return. A staff told me that their accountant will process it for me in next week. I am fine with this, but remember one girl said she’s manager and the company can’t return to me money from business account…..did she lie to me??? How it be so different? And If I don’t call I will never know I will get refund next week?
