Review Marryatville Pizza Pan - Adelaide

Their pizza is the best takeaway I’ve found in Adelaide. The best part is the rich generous sauce, and the pizza tastes amazing both fresh, or cold the next day.

Yummy pizza and great wine! Would definitely go again.

Amazing wood oven pizza, the prosciutto pizza was fresh, delicious and cooked to perfection! The grilled calamari were tender and seasoned beautifully. The T-bone steak was scrumptious and accompanied with a divine fresh home made salsa verde. Coffee is good here too. Authentic quality food, with generous serves. Clearly these guys are experienced and deliver food to a high standard. Highly recommend and you won’t be disappointed! We'll be back again and again!! 👍👌😃🍕🍷

Celebrated my wife's birthday last night at Marryarville Pizza Pan. All the dishes served were excellent, except for my Chicken Schnitzel Dish.It was terrible. Leather would of been softer. It appeared as though it had been cooked and reheated at least 2 to 3 times as It was charred, thin and dry. On two occasions I complained to the waiters that the chef needed to be shown what he served up but that obviously was not passed on as no apology or explanation was given in return. We went there on a recommendation, but my experience was terrible. Won't be going there again.

Unreal. Pizza, pasta, ribs and drumlettes were awesome. My wife who is gluten free said it was the best she's had. Thanks Frank and the team. Do yourself a favour and go!

Went here last week. Great food, pasta and pizza were authentic and tasted delicious. Will come here again.

I tried it for the first time and it was the worst pizza I have ever had, it had a lot of salt in it and could taste nothing except salt , ate one slice and had to throw it because it was impossible to eat.

Antico Forno serves superb wood oven pizza! We would definitely return again!

Great pizza with thin crust, and a great team. They have a good menu with lots of topping selections and you can choose to go half/half on the pizza toppings. Great for takeaway!

Best pizzas in Adelaide! Traditional recipes that taste of Italy! No other Italian place will do it for me ever since I tried Marryatville. Simply love that place!

One of the best pizzas in the area. Ordered a takeaway seafood and the lot pizzas. Great friendly service and the restaurant has an authentic Italian vibe. Will definitely return for more.

We've visited multiple times, and each occasion has been most enjoyable! The pizzas are of great quality, at reasonable prices. I will however mention the bases are quite thin, so therefore be sure to opt for the deep pan if you prefer thicker bases. The service is of a high standard - staff are friendly and welcoming! We've also tried the chocolate gelato which is amazing - so rich and decant! I probably wouldn't recommend take away, as we found the bases went tough and chewy, and are much better consumed fresh when they're lovely and crisp! We'll definitely be returning when seeking a quality pizza!

Tried the Lobster pizza for the first time and my wife had the Parmigiana that the little nonna at the back makes.
verdict: that Lobster pizza is the best pizza I have had in my life and my wife says that the parmigiana is as good as the one her mother used to make!!! Well done Guys great food and great service, we'll be coming back!

Good service & fast delivery but the actual pizza was a bit of a let down. The base was good and thin, but it was quite strange there was no cheese on top! There was a bit of cheese on the base but the ham and toppings were falling off and cold because there was no melted cheese on top to hold it all together.

This is one of our favorite pizza bars to go to in Adelaide! Excellent flavors and great quality. Real pizza, not like those typical 'chain and commercial' pizza shops. :)

Terrible pizza!!! 50 bucks for 3 medium pizzas and it was so bland and boring. One was burnt!! Didn't look appetising at all!! Never going there ever again.

Great pizza and service by Angelo. Probably my favourite pizza place, highly reccomend the Morroccan Lamb, Ortolana, Proscuitto and Red Hot pizza's. Dont let the looks fool you, this place is great! Unfortunately my wife Depika chats up the delivery boys because they are so friendly

The best pizza in the Adelaide eastern suburb's - yes you heard me! This place is located on Kensington Road directly opposite the Marryatville hotel.

Great pizza, excellent toppings on the meat lovers, not too greasy and just the right amount of meat and cheese. The garlic bread was yummy too. Quality products used, a little pricey for a pizza, but worth it for what you get.

Have been going to MVP for 12 years now, best place to get pizza, lovely service and family. Thankyou for the best pizzas and pasta's in adelaide!

Quite simply the best pizza bar in Adelaide. I've been going to Marryatville pizza for years now and it has never disappointed. Some pizza bars try to get away with using cheap ingredients but the boys at Marryatville strive to provide a quality product with fresh high quality ingredients.

Although their pizzas are really good there pastas is even better! the little old lady at the back cooks up an absolute storm! words cannot describe the deliciousness of her pastas.

They have changed a few things around of late by including some interesting new toppings such as pork belly pizza or the infamous lobster. But it all seems to be working.

If you haven't tried a Marryatville pizza or pasta you have not lived life. Do yourself a favour and give it a go. It will not disappoint.

Also, if you are going to dine in make sure you book a table because it gets busy rather quickly i've been caught out too many times.

Had the lobster pizza. Best I've ever tasted.....try it!!

The best pizza bar in Adelaide. Ever since recommending this place to my friend I can't get a seat anymore. You must try the lobster pizza and the pescatore, which has king prawns not baby shrimp from china. The best egg plant parmigiana in town and the fusili gamberi, also with king prawns is a winner. Book or you won't get a table

First try was a cracker!. After complaining to my Italian-Australian friend, who has lived in the US for years, that Australian pizza just doesn't hold up against American pizza, he took me to MPB where we ordered a pepperoni pizza "off-the-menu". It's in my opinon that to judge a good pizza, it must have limited toppings. In our case, the pepperoni/cheese/tomato combo was as good as the Brooklyn pizza I had been bragging to my friend about. Can't wait to head back to Marryatville for a second helping...

Lobster Lobster Lobster. All I can say is try their lobster pizza it is sublime.....just the thought makes my mouth water........Another winner is their pumpkin pizza my wife had, it is just yum!
Our friends had their chorizo pizza and said it was fantastic, I will try that one next time!!!
great food, great atmosphere and they are so busy

Adelaide's Best Pizza's..

The best pizza bar in Adelaide. This place here, has to be one of the best "pizza bars" in adelaide, a pizza bar still operating like they did back in the day, serving pizzas on pans rather that pieces of wood. Lobster pizza is a must try, the flavours on this pizza are amazing. Guys, trust me this place will not disappoint!
Susan
Thanks Marryatville for existing!!!!
lot's of yummy vegetarian pizzas to choose from especially that new one with pumpkin, I forget the name now but it has a great selection of vegetables that blend well together.
I still love my parmigianna that Franks mum makes...it is the best!
they also offer gluten free pasta and pizza and I believe that most of the toppings are gluten free too
like I said....Still the best!!!!
Tony
A icon. Amazing selection and fresh. Pure Italian style taste

The Best in Town. I haven't lived in Adelaide for more than 8 years- but every time I go back I am sure to dial up a pizza from Marryatville. The best delivered Pizza in Adelaide!!!

GREAT Food. Ever since discovering this place, I have not had a better pizza anywhere. Try it, you wont be disappointed.

**Half Prosciutto/Half The Lot** is the best :-).

When it comes to take away pizza, we always choose Marryatville Pizza Pan! The pizza’s have real flavour and using quality ingredients. If you don’t feel like pizza, they have it covered by offering pasta, eggplant parmigiana and more. All the meals we have experienced at Marryatville Pizza Pan has that home taste that you have at Nonna’s and never been disappointed. Though sometimes we decide to dine in, and get the whole dining experience. This place has a friendly atmosphere similar to eating at your Nonna’s house.
