The definition of Malaysian cuisine. Been here multiple times and never cease to impress! Malacca corner sets a benchmark for all Asian fast/takeaway with the quality of food and services. I'm quite a picky person but they can alway cater to my needs! Would recommend this for everyone including families with kids for both takeaway and dining in
I've been here a few times. The food never fails to impress me. Good quality and perfect portion sizes. I recommend if you are in the area to try the laksa and curry puffs, you won't be disappointed!!! Plus the price is very friendly on the wallet.
Best laksa in Adelaide. $9.50 for combination laksa. Good value. Friendly service.
Best Value, Best Taste. LOVE IT!. I am actually in love with this place. This is one of the very rare food experiences that you will encounter in Adelaide where you have all the essentials covered:
(1) Great tasting, authentic cuisine;
(2) Exceptional value for money; and
(3) Welcoming staff who all have a genuine desire to provide good service.
My favourite dish is the combination Kway Teow, a generous serving of chicken, prawns, flat noodles, bean sprouts, wok tossed in a signature sauce. The Laksa is always a winner, too.
Oh, and Titi O San, I'm not sure which Malacca Corner you're referring to, because my experience over the past years at Malacca Corner has always been a great one!

Cheap central market eats. Cheap, friendly & tasty. the poh piah & the nonya curry are a favourite
Tasty, Good Value Malaysian. This unassuming looking Malaysian eatery in Central Market is well worth a visit. We tried the Poh Piah, Sarawak Headhunter's Laksa, and Char Kueh Teow. All were very tasty, the Poh Piah was possibly the highlight. The service is friendly and quick.
A lovely family run Business. The food here is varied and cooked to order. The menu is vast and very enticing. It can take a while for your order to appear after ordering if the restaurant is busy. I ordered the Hainanese chicken rice. Ask for the boneless breast piece served on rice with cucumber, tomato and selected greens. Very good value for money. I will be returning here next time I visit the Adelaide Central Market.
Favourite Laksa. It seems the best cheap-eats in Adelaide have the most stark decor, and Malacca Corner is no exception. Their headhunter laksa is possibly the tastiest in Adelaide, and it comes in a large bowl. You can sit out in the market for some people-watching, but the peripheral location of the venue ensures it's not too busy outside.
The first thing I noticed was this subtle hint of cinnamon which was not a bad thing; just a little surprised. I knew it was a bit different from your regular laksa but. The noodle is of rice vermicelli; no thick hokkien noodles like the one from Nanyang Cafe. I actually prefer this noodle to the other one. Not too bad at all, and I wished I had come here sooner.
