Review Kfc - Adelaide

You guys are absolutely disgusting. This piece of hair is right in chicken. For years I've ignored that sometimes my order would be wrong and fries would usually be soggy. (Order on 23, Jan, 2022, around 5-6pm)

DON’T GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! Made a complaint to customer service and got a reply from the store but the assistant manager doesn’t think they did anything wrong for selling a different product using the same name and price of a national promotional deal, which is misleading and inappropriate. If they can’t supply what’s advertised nationally, they should remove it from their menu. I’ve attached a photo of their menu board (can’t really tell it’s different from other stores). The assistant manager refused to remove the so-called fill-up box from the menu and insisted that I should have checked the receipt to know I’m not getting what advertised everywhere else. It’s not hard to apologise for the inconvenience caused to the customer, explain the situation and get staff to improve the service by warning the customers something was unavailable or offering an alternative. Instead, the assistant manager was accusing me for ‘being blunt and blaming her’ while she was the one telling me that I should have checked the receipt. I can’t imagine how a manager could speak to any customers with that attitude. This place needs new management and a better training person. Customer service is shocking. RE: quality of food Soggy chips, tiny chicken pieces, extremely long wait. The two stores on the other side of Rundle mall are way better.

Always an average experience. Sometimes the staff prepares the food fresh if asked and happy to wait but usually the food isn’t top quality - soggy chips and burger is usually bland.

Generally I like KFC’s food. However this particular store was an eye opener. The tables and chairs were disgusting. Every table and chair littered with food scraps and packaging. Staff also seemed miserable. We had quite a lengthy wait for our food. At no time did anybody come out to clean. When our order was finally ready, there was nowhere even remotely clean enough for my daughter and I to eat our meal. Dirtiest restaurant I have ever set foot into.

Very dirty environment. The chicken is just cooked, not really cooked through. Chock the bunch of tissue under the chicken, all saturated. From top to toe lack of respect and decency.

If I could give zero stars I would. Order placed in kfc app at 5:28pm, three calls to your delivery number and at 8:14pm cancelled order as no driver allocated. Disgusting. On top of that try and call store direct, phone constantly engaged or off the hook. Never again.

19/06, 9:45 pm, Ordered $20 deal of 10 nugs and 10 tenders,,.. I asked the person at counter to make them fresh as I was taking away, he said everything was freshly made, when I got it I knew it was stale so checked it and the nugget was cold as ice, I asked him everything was cold and he just gave me replacement of 10 nuggest while the tenders cold as Ice. I was running late then and had to leave with cold tenders.

Wow would have to be the most slow service I have ever received in a kfc store. The time I received my under cooked chips n luke warm burger and my warm drink . Will never ever go in this store again .
