They do have nice food court in the basement.
Adelaide Central Plaza is an amazing shopping destination, wonderful speciality shops as well as David Jones, the best place to meet for a bite to eat with so many different and delicious food choices not to forget really comfortable seating options.A great place to visit,

I miss SA a lot and when I'm back there for holidays as i was recently i love checking out Rundle Mall and all the shops i love and remember, things might've changed a bit, but it's still great to check things out plus the food is awesome too.
The management team are on the ball with everything, super impressed. The Foodcourt is well maintained and has better healthy and controversial food bars. I dont go inside David Jones often but when I have I just felt it was nicer than Myer. Tommy tu nails next to boost juice are really good too. Unless I'm out he city I don't go anywhere else for my Mani and pedi. Huge thanks for the staff of Adelaide central Market, always put there handing out chocolate and special offers. Shows that they truly value us. I'm not sure if you still can bit you were able to charge your phone there, it's certain people that vandalised the charging area and ruin it for others but how could they control that honestly. The free wifi always works perfect.
Extremely clean and polished place, the security guards are friendly and funny and all businesses there look like they are held to a certain standard that brings up the quality and professionalism of the entire building. One of the best food courts in Rundle Mall and all of Adelaide. Also extremely fast, free and unlimited wifi and power points to charge both usb devices and laptops
