Service is terrible, it wasn’t even busy and was ignored for several minutes before acknowledgement. Then when I wanted to order, pretty much most of items were unavailable.
The udon soup broth was nice however was just not worth the price.

Not too bad but quite pricey. Simply comparing to sushi hub. I got 1 squid salad and 1 salmon avocado roll $9.20 but the price would be too much better at sushi hub.

Wow! What amazing food. The best Sushi in Adelaide. The food is not only tasty and fresh, but presented very well also. Can't wait to go back.

Terrible customer service. Charged for wasabi and ginger than did not properly put in my container.
The lady then accusing that I put somewhere else when I clearly sat at the food court straight after. I had to bring the tray to prove I am right. 🤦♀️
Seriously and what's the point hand out the buzzer when you are calling out to grab my order? I don't get this place.

Delicious selection of Japanese dishes and sushi available and staff members are quite friendly!
I've been here numerous amount of times and occasionally the food can be a bit too dry for my liking but overall the food is quite tasty!
Pretty good Japanese takeaway restaurant for a quick bite before heading back to work/shopping!

Very bad. I bought 1 prawn Udon noodle and 1 Ramen noodle large size, but they bring size very small. Bowl prawn udon noodle only have noodle, soup and 1 prawn, don't have seaweed. Bowl ramen noodle only have noodle, soup and egg. I think if I buy noodle in supermaket to cook at home will better them 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Genki Roll has a special place in my heart – I used to eat lunch there quite regularly as a student, so on this visit I tried my old favourite, the hot udon soup, to see if it’s still as good as I remember. The answer is yes. For a great value $5.20 you can get a regular sized udon, and I added tempura vegetables for an extra $2.50. The bowl was still a good size, and the tempura was going nice and soggy in the broth (yum). Bad experience on Valentine's day. First time visit Adelaide with my cute gf from Japan, she asked me to buy her an instant noodle instead after one bite of udon noodle at genki roll. Such a suck food!
