We were attending a Fringe show at the Wine Centre so decided to have a drink and a snack beforehand. The charcuterie and cheese platter was generous and you can choose the style of meat and the cheeses that you would like. Great selection of wines by the glass. very pleasant.
Came here for the wine so was pleasantly surprised by the food. Really liked the spiced duck cigars. Not that interesting by itself but nice with the sweet balsamic like sauce it came with. Also really liked the pumpkin polenta chips especially combined with the tahini yoghurt. Spiced cauliflower gnocchi was light and cheesy. Needed a bit more seasoning for my taste but still very enjoyable. Lamb shoulder croquette had nice flavour but a little dry. Good thing it came with mojo verde.
This place has the best view, best ambience and super yummy food. Try their amazing wine experience with pay as you drink concept.
The service is fantastic. Come at leisure when you can wait for half an hour for your food. But its worth it!!!

Located within the National Wine Centre, this cafe/restaurant serves as a great taster for the great wines in South Australia. They have enomatic servers which keep the wines on top offering 3 different serving sizes. Grab a wine glass from the counter and they’ll provide you with a card to swipe each time you want a tipple. Finalise payment at the end. Great concept as it allows to have as much or as little as you want and sample lots.
The service is very good, you order your meals and drinks at the counter too and pay. They’ll bring your order out to you. Plenty of seating indoors and out.
As there were a few of us and didn’t want anything too heavy we decided to graze on a Charcuterie & Local Cheese Platter. You can mix and match any combination of the meats and cheeses. The set combination is 3 choices for $21 with each additional item being $7 extra. If ordering 6 it is better to have two platters as each comes with bread, quince paste, olives, dried fruit, and lavosh or else you end up with too much meat/cheese and not enough condiments to go with it. The platter was presented beautifully and tasted delicious. Would love to try the larger plates as sounded wonderful too.
Great spot, highly recommend visiting for both the wine and the food. A bit more Cafe style but the food is super tasty. The wine though... Wow!
the wine pourer machine could become a hobby for me. marvelous marvelous wines, in a great atmosphere. the perfect ending to a walk around the botanic gardens. if you want an easy-to-go, delicate red, Gibson's 2015 Zinfandel is your choice. for a fresh, fruity, tangy white, Pizzini's 2015 Pinot Grigio does it like no other. to end the night with a sweet, indulge in the Botrytis wine (cannot recall details). fantastic!
Absolutely terrific. Both the panzanella salad and lamb shoulder rocked!!! The Thai salad was disappointing though. That you can get any one of 120 wines by the glass is icing on the cake.

This is a real find! Fabulous looking, recently refurbished too with high quality high tables, standard sets and chic armchairs for lire casual dining or wine sampling.
The food is delicious - we loved the cheese and charcuterie boards where you choose meat and cheese from a good range and these come with a range of accompaniments (including yummy pate on the meat option). Smaller plates highlights for me = scallops and chorizo were great .... though lots to choose from so hard to decide which is nicest.
The 50 or so wines by the glass is great fun! You grab a card, pop it Indi the slot and decide if you want a taste, a small 50ml sample of a full glass. Lots of interesting and different wines encouraged us to try wines we were unfamiliar with .... really good experience and recommended for a lazy afternoon - but get a taxi as it's very tempting!

Lovely spot for wine tasting (with a funky electronic dispensing system!). We also had lunch here and we were not disappointed. A small charcuterie board with delightful cheeses and duck pate. The beef Thai salad was flavoursome. Well recommended and great experience.
Good food, impressive venue, incredible wines! The staff here are also really friendly, knowledgable and professional. A must visit even just for a glass of wine in the courtyard.
Great spot for a coffee and cake. Not a broad selection, but can recommend the caramel cheese cake; coffee is good too. I’m certain there is a vast variety of wines available, should that be your thing, and some nice looking platters. Quite busy but the coffee was delivered quickly and with icy cold glasses of water too.
Great place to experience various wines.. Fun to use wine vending machine for tasting.
Exhibition is rather weak though.
A must visit in Adelaide. Amazing building to see and lovely to sit in for a coffee or a meal. Well set up for functions with a variety of rooms and even beautiful for a wedding.

Bit on the pricey side especially for the small sample size that only wets your mouth. But a great experince ans a must see for wine lovers. Locates in the surroundings of the botanical gardens
Great idea, food is good and its great to have wines to taste on your own. Seemed a bit pricey just to try some of the wines. But great place to be for tourists.
Really nice there, esp. the lovely garden. I just wanted to visit the wonderful Botanical Garden of Adelaide. And ended up in this wonderful bar. And in a comedy tasting.4 comedians presented from the Fringe festival. And you got a glass of wine. Not too bad. I'll definitely come again these days😍.
Highly recommended if you want to escape the huzzlebuzzle in Rundle Street. Do enjoy it on hot summer days. Always a nize breeze in my favourised garden.
And, as well, a place where you easily can get tickets for Fringe Festival. They have a box office there. And you just stay until evening/night. And you'll have finest comedy/impro. All the nice Fringe events. Just perfect. Actually, more than perfect.
VERY friendly staff there as well. ENJOY YOURSELF!
