I never have a bad night out as long as I start it at Sojubar. My pick for the tastiest fried chicken in Adelaide (although the price went up some years back and some nights it's harder to justify than others). Especially nice during the colder months as it's all kinds of comfy. I have always thought that it's a slightly strange place but that's where it gets it's charm! Come here if: you've never tried soju because you'll love it or you don't mind being judged for being too loud while Korean families have their dinner around you (at 11pm though, really?). Don't knock it 'til you try it!

Any place that serves soju and half decent Korean fried chicken until 3am in the morning on a weekend is already pretty awesome in my opinion. Add to that, the comfy and relatively quiet setting and you have a great chill out place. A great place to take mates near the end of a night out.

A great place to come to if you want to be somewhere warm and cosy for a Friday night/drinks. I've always wanted to go to a soju bar and that wish came true last Friday. Once you come down a flight of stairs, you'll be met with people seated around drinking and eating Korean snacks and food (just like what you see in Korean dramas). The experience is as close as it gets to sitting under one of those tent like street stalls in Korea, and the fried chicken ($35) was super tasty! The cheapest soju is $15 and when paired with the chicken was just really delicious. If you're out on Hindley on a Friday or Saturday night, be sure to drop by if you and your friends are in need of some rest and comfy seating.
