Sorry, but your pizza dough was raw. Way undercooked. The cheeze covered everything and the pepperoni, ham, onion were all raw underneath. Very disappointing pizza. The Garlic bread however, was worse. It was just chewy old bread. Hard to tare apart even. The dog liked it. Raw ingredients always occur when you make a pizza like this. Cheese should always be put on the bottom and only a very light sprinkling on the top. YUK

The Gluten free pizza was great. The standard Ham and pineapple had plenty of topping and was delicious. 😋 Good timing and food was nice and hot 👍

BEST SCHNITZELS CHIPS AND GRAVY!!! Everything about the schnitzel packs are perfect, not over priced, the crumb on the chicken and seasoning on the chips are the best i have honestly ever tried! Even the restaurant schnitzels are amazing and you get a salad with those too, the dressing on them is great.
The chicken schnitzels are real chicken, not minced and fake. Their pizzas are incredible too, always packed with toppings! Would recommend both this takeaway Monicas and the restaurant right next door if youre feeling a bit more fancy! Their service is great too, litrle bit to wait but when it arrives it is steaming hot! absolutely incredible would recommend to anyone and everyone for an amazing schnitzel or pizza!

Wont ever be getting take out from here again....
1. Got ripped off on price $48.90 for 2 large pizzas and pasta delivered when I ordered the... pizza pack of 2 large, garlic bread and coke delivered (34.90)+ pasta pack($12)=$46.90 hhhhhmmmmm
This isn't the first time I have been charged and not recieved everything.....
2. Pasta pack was leaking all through the bag with the lid off slightly making this very messy.
3. Pizzas overcooked.
Lost my service and will be forwarding on feedback to our friends and family that also buy from here and say that monicas has gone down hill lately, I wanted to give them a few second chances but thats it.

Very disappointed.
On the phone I asked for gluten free and to be very strict. When picking up I was watching the bloke cut the pizzas and watched him take mine out the oven and cut it using the same cutter he just cut the last 10 pizzas with. I asked the lady before she took my $50 and she assured me they use different cutters, I paid and left but it was a waste of money as I will not eat because I know I will be sick due to the lack of care.
You guys claim to be famous for your gluten free pizzas but can’t even train your young staff of food allergens and how sick it can make certain people.
I will not return and I hope no other coeliac‘s learn the hard way!!!

Usually have a good experience but the last couple of times have been a disgrace. It took 2 hours to get my order of just 1 chicken schnitzel and 1 small pizza.
Called up after an hour to find out what had happened to be told it will be here soon.
After another hour of no delivery I had to call a second time and be told thay they had only seen our order just now…after I had already called about it.
No compensation or even a sorry… disgusting from management since it was the owner I dealt with.
Not happy, we love this place but the staff and service has gone down hill. Might have to look for other places instead.

Extremely unimpressed and feeling ripped off! I ordered a Vegie patch pizza and what I got was NOT what was listed on the menu. No sundried tomato, No Feta, No roasted capsicum, No spinach BUT it did have onion which I HATE.

Poor customer service and horrible phone manner.<br/><br/>Pizzas are just full of grease and oil, plus I've witnessed on a number of occasions a staff member yelling and insulting another staff member in front of customers. <br/><br/>Just an uncomfortable and negative experience all round.

Was a regular customer for takeaway pizza's but after tonight's poor customer service I won't be returning to Monica's at Blakes Crossing. Ordered a garlic and a bbq chicken pizza when I got home was actually a garlic pizza and a pepperoni pizza, rang them they said they could deliver with a 45 minute wait or I could collect and swap my pepperoni for the correct order. When I got there the girl behind the counter did not apologise rather ignored me then snatched the pizza from my hand when I went to tell her what had happened. Then I still had to wait for them to cook the pizza. No sorry, no offer of a free drink and no offer of a replacement garlic pizza to replace my now cold one. Poor customer service did not like how they handled themselves in a customer built business.

Good pizzas but wanted to charge us $45 for 2 large pizzas for delivery when we are only down the road. Bit pricey for what it's worth......
