I purchased the $4.95 hot and crispy boneless meal deal. It was appallingly bad. Of the 2 small chicken portions, one was a tiny piece of brown chicken and white fat in batter. The other was a small chicken wing with 2 bones in. I queried with the staff member who said one piece always has a bone in...unbelievable..What part of ' boneless ' means 50% bone. It was the most disgusting KFC I've ever had. Presumably the owners think that they can get away with this on Hindley street. They're probably right. Who's going to complain to Trading Standards about 5 buck afternoon meal. Well I won't ever go again and hope I've warned others 🤪

Great location, just a short walk from station arcade. Great food. Fantastic chicken choices, and desserts and drinks as well. Rather soggy chips.Chips could be cooked a little bit more though. Staff are extremely friendly and courteous and polite. Fantastic service available.

Terrible restaurant. I have ordered 6 pieces of chicken and had only 5 in the box. The floor was terrible dirty (on a sunday eventing with nearly no customers). All tables were full of fat and food scraps. I had to clean a spot on a table to be able to eat the food without getting dirty. I didn't get tissues with my food. The chicken was very fatty and the chicken didn't seem to be the best quality. At least the fries were good and the stuff was friendly, but that's not enough for 2 Stars.

We Tried to dine in once and get take out, twice over 4 day period and it was fail on all occasions Public holidays are busy. I get it. Where are the managers? Both times We attempted to get food the people on the cash register were lovely and tried to be helpful while the management responses were yelled out to us from The back kitchen One of the managers yelled out that we couldn’t use the bathroom. (So we left) as we wanted to dine in. The register staff looked confused. I assume they occasionally approve bathroom use? I thought these places were required by law to offer bathrooms for paying customers who were dining in? What is your stand on this KFC? The other time, was soooo busy, again the managers hide out in the kitchen and let inexperienced young crew take the hits. People lining up and others pouring In to the shop and there was one poor girl trying to take ordered and dispense orders. she was clearly flustered and needed help. This is where the owners/ managers would usually step up. 10 minutes passed and Nothing. Poor staff. This KFC store needs to take better care of its staff and make clear choices and policy’s that it stands by. I’ll be getting Korean fried chicken from now on when I’m in the city

Terrible service. workers slacking off 24/7 and after the long wait when I get my food the order is either wrong or the chicken is dry and the chips are poorly salted. I highly recommend going to any other KFC.

Went into to the kfc and the music was like I was in a night club the guy could not hear what I wanted to order and left at me when I said the music way to loud. So I just left and when I was leaving a girl from behind came out and was luffing at what I said. I have just come from work and I don't think I'll ever go back to the KFC again.

Would have gave them 0 if i could it was messy wen i went into order, i orded 5 chicken tenders as i and got 2 my hotel room 6 min away opened the up and they looked like they had been sitting there all day and thats how they tasted hard and dry, i couldn't even finish them they where that bad and this was on a Sunday....

That blonde girl with the green glasses was phenomenal, excellent service. Love it. And i asked for a vegetarian meal and that’s what I got!!
