Just ordered their 3 piece chicken with chips and gravy. There were still feather stuck on the chicken.. seriously the first time I've ever witness this. I had to wait about 25 mins not to mention. This is just not on tho..

Pizza is good, but there is short dude with way too much attitude. The another tall lady who responds to custumer quite rudely not just with me but i observed their interaction with other custumers aswell. They both are on quite short tempered and atmosphere of the place is way off with all the arguments from inside. I would love to go there but not ordering if those ppl are taking my order.

Great pizzas but $15 delivery to underdale from West tce is appalling. Wouldn't even cost $5. Delivery drivers get lost and by the time we get our pizzas it's cold.

Very poor customer service from the old guy who takes the orders. He’s too harsh to his customers. 0 communication. Very poor attitude.
In overall has no respect to the customers.
Customer service is an important factor for any business.

I highly recommend this restaurant. Service was quick, they are open after midnight which is amazing, and the food was tasty. I had the King's Special and definitely felt like it was a meal fit for one. Give them a try if you are in the mood for a treat.

I highly rate this place, food is always great no matter the time but I usually grab my favourite pizza on the way home from work at midnight.
Staff are lovely as and the prices haven't changes in so long.

There employees lack professionalism.I ordered a pasta with pepperoni pizza for takeaway and while i was going home I realised pasta spilled all over my car.Those girls don’t even know how to properly pack the food..It took me 4 hours to clean my car.Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anybody not even to my enemies.I would give minus 1 if it was possible.

There’s a legend that the owner is not willing to take responsibility for his actions and instead of improving their standards he is spending all of his centrelink payment on obtaining low quality ganja and abusing his reviewers.

Ordered online and didn’t call to tell me they didn’t have that order. Then we had to wait to make another pizza which had missions toppings. And they got our drinks wrong and they didn’t throw anything in free, for all the inconvenience.

Ordered over the phone and went to collect the pizza. The lady over the phone was very polite and soft spoken.<br/>Very nice.<br/>The pizza are tasty.<br/>Asked for extra chilli flakes which was kept in mind.<br/>

I had ordered for Dangerous Mushroom Pizza...which looked very yummy,almost ate half and then found a long hair inside the pizza which was very dissappointing.I informed staff about it,they did try to offer me fresh one but i denied it as i wasnt sure if food was prepared in hygienic conditions after that incident.

Alright for take away pizza. My favorite is the flirtatious minus cheese. Staff aren't overly friendly and don't appear to be happy most of the time. Now doing delivery.

At one point they used to pride themselves for being able to offer cheap gourmet pizzas because they didn’t deliver, but I noticed 3 of their stores, including this one, now do. These days, their pizzas come in 3 sizes; medium (9 inch), large (12 inch) and family (15 inch) and there are 2 types of crusts available; traditional and wholemeal, all of which are the same thickness.
