We've been going to Amigo's for years. Their pizzas are usually pretty good good, but occasionally there'll be a bad one, but we choose to overlook them because mistakes happen. The main thing that annoys me is how long it takes for pizza to arrive when ordering for delivery. Sometimes over an hour. Tonight I placed the order around 4:30pm requesting a 6:30pm delivery. Two hours should've been plenty of time, but my pizza still turned up 20 minutes late. So overall good, and plenty of topping, but delivery is bad and customer service isn't great either.

Love their chicken parmi's they're huge and really tasty and today my boyfriend ordered me a BBQ chicken pizza from them for Valentines Day and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

Blacklisted Amigos. Have ordered with them 50+ times. The 1 time an order is given to the wrong outlet, they refused to correct the situation, give me a refund or help me in any way. I did make an honest mistake. Not even a gracious apology for being unable to refund my money, just stubborn, curt, rudeness. They've lost loyal customers in me and my family.

We ordered tonight through Uber eats. Won’t be ordering again. My medium/well steak was only slightly cooked on either side so was completely rare through the middle and inedible. The Greek salad we ordered was a garden salad with some grated cheese over tomato, cucumber, capsicum and iceberg lettuce.
Gravy was the only decent part of the meal.
Should have just made the toasted sandwich instead and saved the $70.

Unfortunately had to change my review as this is the second time we have ordered and the toppings were sparse compared to the last time. We have been long time customers and this time the person working there refused to rectify the problem. You need to be consistent if you want to keep customers, sorry.
$25 for a 'gourmet' pizza that is mainly tomato sauce and cheese is not good enough.

Hi I would like to bring to people's attention that i ordered from here last night. And had a horrible suprise!!! That made me regurgitate what I had eaten there was a bloody band aid in my pizza I mistaken it for a piece of chicken!!! I still feel shocked and ill... I rang up about it and at first would only offer me a replacement! Had to argue for some time that I want a full refund ! I rang again shortly after.... I questioned him saying to check his workers for cuts etc he sed he already did. But later changed his story saying most of the workers had gone home!! I'm really disgusted and apuled!!
