I am so impressed by some of your staffs initiative and customer service lately. I go to maccies at least twice a day for my coffee. Today, the staff were crazy busy and instead of making me wait in line to order my usual, one of the employees noticed me and offered to make it straight away to ensure by the time I paid, my coffee was ready to go. Your other staff member with blonde hair makes my mornings by adding on a smiley face or some nice saying on my coffee. I wish I had names to add as both of these employees deserve commendation for their amazing service. They sometimes wear the purple shirts if that helps narrow them down. Have gone from submitting formal complaints to head office not too long ago, to being thankful and impressed with the service everyday. Awesome work guys. Please know one of your everyday customers really appreciates you all and everything you do.
My order contained more items than I had asked for, one extra kids meal was added. Yes I was charged for it, but wasn't given an extra kids drink. Not a big deal for such a small item but I didn't want it but was charged for it all
Good service, but would like to have the driveway screen show your entire order not partial so you can confirm what your paying for.
