Just had BEST eggs Benedict with Grilled Grandmother Ham and Potatoes Croquette... “Sensational”.
We were very pleasantly surprised by this place. The food was very tasteful - full of the right mix of flavours, beautifully presented.
We have avocado on toast, chilli scrambled eggs, salmon bruschetta, burger sliders. With some sides of has brown. We highly recommend every single dish especially the hashbrown.
The service was warm and welcoming, efficient.
Chairs a little hard and uncomfortable - hard seats and slip off them easily as they’re polished wood. No aircon which was a little annoying.
Still, overall a 4 star and will come again.
Coffee has always been great and the smashed avo is super tasty. On the more pricey side of things considering portion sizes but I don’t mind that when you have a great view of the beach :-)
Ordered the baked beans with tomato, it’s one of the best that I have had. Poached egg is done perfectly. Kids friendly cafe with playground just across the street. They have kids menu too. Nice beach view. Friendly staff. Will be back again.

QUALITY FOOD WITH FRIENDLY SERVICE AND SEASIDE VIEWS
I took my Dad hear for brunch.
The place is well appointed.
Staff are friendly and attentive.
The food quality is very good.
The food variety is unusually good for a cafe.
We enjoyed the Wagyu Burger and awesome coffee.
A must visti when in this area.
But first a little about the coffee, which was one of the main draw cards for visiting Pineapple Palm. The cafe serves St Remio coffee, where every cup of coffee does a heck of a lot of good by not only taking care of your caffeine needs in tasty fashion but most importantly giving a little something back to the farming communities from which the beans are harvested and produced.
Went in for an early morning breakfast. I asked if the tomato and beans dish could be made vegetarian to which the waitress obliged, swapping the bacon for mushrooms at no extra cost. The dish came topped with a poached egg and breadcrumbs and reminded me of shakshuka. It was rich with great flavour. I only wish I'd been given one more toast point, but alas. Space is dark but expansive and the service is friendly and quick.
Great cafe with the friendliest staff i have come across for a while. Fitout is really cool and the food was great. My barometer for great food is eggs benny, you can tell the skills of the chefs by the hollindaise sauce - here it was prefect. Well done
Great place for a weekend brunch near St Kilda beach with a beautiful view and bright atmosphere, food was nice, although not cheap but still value for the money paid, paired with attentive quick service specially for a very busy Sunday morning.

This new cafe on the corner has the potential to become an Albert Park institution. Their opening menu is simple with breakfast and light lunch options for everyone. We tried the cheesebread, pork bao and the brisket, which were absolutely delicious. The service is super welcoming, child & dog friendly. Will be back and can't wait to see their final menu when ready.
I think this place has a lot of potential and there are a lot of things going for it. Nice fit it, bright and great view over the beach area. Park and tram also st the door step. The wait for the food was a little long thought, esp given the place hadn't yet gotten busy yet. The chair backs are a bit 'tippy' too, I'm told they are getting looked at. As we left a kid pushed one over and got a fright so hopefully that's soon. The corn fritters were small, dense and floury but the French toast was delicious and very well presented, see photo. The coffee was nice, albeit I think the milk jug doesn't get washed in between steamings. I think we'll try it again, the staff were nice.
Great almond latte’s, friendly service, best egg and bacon roll and a really awesome vibe! Plus some beautiful artwork from Bonita’s Boutique Art which you can buy, they were so great we bought 3!
Great coffee and delicious food options; however portion sizes are a little on the small side. Customer service was good but there seemed to be a slight language barrier when ordering 2 extra eggs for my partner, and the waitress seemed quite confused. Meal ended up coming out as requested though.
