The Elms is a little gem! A cozy inviting atmosphere when you walk in is a great start. Coffee to get you started in morning, warming soups, yummy burgers for lunch, wine and cocktails at the end of the day. Just across from the Post Office, a nice change from the bustle of the main street.
stumbled across this place (off the Main Street opposite the church) on a Sunday morning after some other cafes were full - choice to sit inside or out.
they were obviously understaffed but the coffee was good, food tasty and at the table within 15 minutes.
recommend both the eggs Benedict and and the smash avocado.
Unbelievable Brunch, staff were absolutely amazing and it has to be the best Coffee ☕ that I can remember. I had the smashed avo on toast and my wife had the pancakes.
Young lady that was cooking and serving (I think the owner) was fantastic. I read an article in the local paper where she was talking about staff shortages and how hard it is post covid to fill positions. Well you wouldn't know, this girl is a machine. Smile from ear to ear and extremely friendly.
I noticed alot of locals as most knew her by name or she knew there order. Most must agree that this place is a little gem.
Hard to find a great place and great service in Albury but we have finally found an awsome one.
Can't wait for next Sunday, it will be our local cafe for sure.
Tasty food. Good place for breakfast. Friendly service. Flies were a bit annoying outside. 25-1-2020 6 months later and we finally made it back. Breakfast was still tasty. ( the salmon was a little to salty but) coffee and juice excellent. Omelette was excellent tasty and filling
Cant reccomended these guys enough! Only place open new years day, 2 staff members down, struggling to keep calm despite my partner an i witnessing multiple rude and inpatient people. The team pushed past all that! And we as always are more then happy for a short wait for good service and great meals. Thankyou guys and hope today isn't to full on!
