There's not much of a vibe to the pub itself, being more of the commercial variety than the cheerful local joint, but the selection of drinks was good, the service friendly, and the food surprisingly good. The fish & chips doesn't look like much but the fish itself actually had a great flavour and the battery was lovely and light. For $17 as a lunch deal, I was very happy with it.

I organised my work Christmas party (2021) to be held here. I liaised with the bistro owner Michael and he was fantastic. The communication was on point. There were 36 of my colleagues in attendance and we had the outdoor/indoor space which created the perfect atmosphere especially with covid times and wanting some fresh air/ventilation. The food was absolutely amazing. My colleagues loved their meals. The steaks were cooked to perfection (even the one “well done” was great). The gnocchi was great as well (Italians are fussy with their pasta so this passed the test). Great portions and value for money. I would definitely recommend this venue for small group functions.

Good food at a high quality. Lots of good drinks to choose from also. The pub is immaculate. Good variety of inside and outside spaces. Each area has its own vibe. I really like it here.
