This place is very quiet and that is such a shame as the food and service is always beautiful. Very well worth it. I recommend this place 100% as food sizes are generous and well priced for portions. There is a warm fire in the bar/bistro section and comfy seating. Best parmas around.
We had a great meal here last night. I was most appreciative of the service as my Father has special dietary requirements (has to have pureed food) and the wait staff and chef were amazingly accommodating. All of our meals were very tasty and plentiful. Even my Mother finished her meal (fish (grilled) and chips) - which is rare! The price was very, very reasonable. But once again, the service with a smile, and a joke here and there (but not too much) really made our night even more special. It was sooo nice to be able to go out to a restaurant and have my Father also enjoy a meal. Thanks guys:)
Great food. Been here three times and loved it everytime. The portions of food are huge for the price of it and the quality of the food is even better. Strongly recommend the beef and ale pie. Being from Ireland myself i dont think I have tasted a pie back home as nice as this one. Really nice staff, really nice food. Going back today for a pie myself.
Decent. Service from the staff is always excellent, coffees are great for a suburban venue, and nice, clean, modern interior.
Big fan of the curry served in a loaf of bread, something different with plenty of flavour. Last time I was here I had beef cheeks which were as you would expect; melt in the mouth and oh so tender.
Price range is decent, and the drinks on offer aren't bad either. Plenty of cider to choose from so I'm happy. Have come here for years and will continue to do so.

A group of us went down for dinner as we heard the place had changed owners and chefs since the last time we went there which was a long time ago. We were pleasantly suprised with the new look and were eager to try the food. We had the greek tapas and garlic bread foe entree just enough and tasty.then me and my friend shared 'the kingfisher' seafood tower a maz zing.and friends ordered the ribs, pork & prawns and chicken scallopini. We all thoroughly enjoyed everything even squeezed in a yummy dessert which was from the cake fridge which is also a great addition..the staff are also really friendly and attentative.needless to say we wont be leaving it long to return.
Well this ended up being a wee gem. Nasi goreng was primo. I had beef cheek and noodle. The meat was so tender. But the killer was the best sticky date pudding I think ever from a restaurant. Least to say I left as a wee fatty bumba...well done guys we will look forward to coming back
Received excellent service from a young lady named Lucy who turned out to be the manager. Friendly, courteous and professional. Prices were very affordable. Will definitely dine there again. 5 stars!
Incredible food! Highly recommend! I had the beef ragu linguine, my partner had the bacon and egg burger and my son had the Mac and cheese.

In the back they have a fantastic play ground which is a wonderful design to keep the kids happy.
The food here is amazing. We ordered winter special Lamb Shank, pulled pork burger with chips and pasta. They all 10/10. The burger I had was one of the best I’ve had in Perth. Definitely worth a trip from Mandurah.
The bar is cosy. It had a nice area for kids to play. The drinks were a bit expensive.
I got polenta and it was not great. It was well Over cooked and I was looking forward to it as I haven't seen polenta on many menus.. the scotch fillet steak was good. The beef short ribs were the real hit. The beef short rib were tender and full of taste.
A big downer on the whole experience was a scuffle between a guy and a girl and security weren't really interested in doing much.
Great service, good value food options. The big grassed area with the playground is excellent for the little ones.
Perfect suburban local pub.
Lovely indoor and outdoor seating and an outdoor playground for kids. Food was delicious, staff were very very friendly.
