Really enjoyed my experience at Lola. What’s not to love? I came in at 7:30pm on a Friday, sans booking, seated immediately at a lovely corner table, overlooking the dining room. The drinks menu is delightful- I ordered a blood orange pet nat 1.5% alc. it did not disappoint! Enjoyed a beautiful 2-course meal ~ with duck for main and clafoutis for dessert. Earl grey or English breakfast teas available. I hope to return soon!
What a fantastic and warm dining experience. Decor, service and food were all on point. Would highly recommend stay at the Provincial to enhance the whole experience. Definitely will be back!
Had a very pleasant family lunch in the outside courtyard. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The meals were delicious, fresh, full of flavour and really well presented This place has a beautiful ambience and lots of character in the building. Our kids loved the risotto, and we enjoyed the salmon entree, nicoise salad and sous vide chicken - Bellissimo!
We stayed at The Provincial over the weekend & thoroughly enjoyed being able to wander downstairs to Lola’s for breakfast and dinner. The food was beautiful, service & attention to detail spot on. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Continental Breakfast Grazing Board is a genius idea!
Top quality French restaurant. If you want a truly classy place to dine in Ballarat this is the go! In my food photo you can see the gruyere gnocchi in the foreground and the duck dish in the background.
Simply wonderful experience, cheerful attentive staff and delightful food and wine. Very pleasant decor, inviting and comfortable, we will definitely return.
