Can't go wrong with Nando's! I was not dissaponted this time when I visited Ballarat Nando's because the chips were hot, fresh from the deep fryer and the 2 whole chickens was cooked to perfection , juicy, lots of Peri-Peri Hot sauce . The down side was they ran out of corn cobs... :(
Nando's Ballarat is a great store, clean, friendly, and reliably delicious. I've been a regular since it opened, and will continue to go back!

Have been going to this Nandos for a few years now. When I first started visiting the restaurant, I found everything to be stated at a high standard and the connection I had with the staff was at a family-like level. Cleanliness, quality of food and staff friendliness were all at a level that created a feeling to return to the restaurant time and time again. On every instance that I dined at the restaurant, I knew all the staff members by name and vice versa. The restaurant has gone through some staff and building change throughout the last couple of years, with the most recent interior change just happening over the past few weeks. The new interior of the building has a modern feel and the staff have risen back to the high standard they set when I first started visiting the restaurant years ago. The food has always been well delivered and filling. Personally Nandos is and always will be one of my favourite food franchises and I will continue to dine at the restaurant for years to come. I hope that through the feedback on here and instore, the management is able to gain confidence in what they are doing, and continue the high standard into the future.

Delicious food that is consistent with other Nando's restaurants. Chicken was well cooked and we'll seasoned, and chips were delicious. The garlic pita was a very nice side dish; tasted like cheesy garlic bread. You can also get extra hot sauce for your meal if you ask.
My only criticism is that the 1/4 chicken was fairly varied in size. We ordered three and two of them were mostly bone and not much meat whereas the other was almost twice the size with a lot more meat. But I understand that there are different parts of a chicken and it's hard to be so consistent.
Service was excellent. The food was served fairly quickly. The staff were very polite and helpful. There is also a sink on the side to wash your hands before and after eating, which is especially important during these times of COVID.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
