The lovely people who run this fish 'n' chip shop took over from Tony a while ago. The food is still delish, & is now presented in a white cupboard box/tray inside a white paper bag. I will admit, as much as i liked the food(&service) when Tony had the place, It does taste like the oil is changed more often that Tony changed it. They may even have changed oil brands, I don't know. You can't beat this place for a delicious, good sized piece of flake, a hamburger with the lot(the only way to have a hamburger from a fish 'n' chip shop), a hamburger in batter, calamari or scallops that aren't stringy or chewy, a hot dog in batter, the list goes on. Oh, & of course the chips - they're cooked just right, & aren't oily, nor are they dry&blah. The people that work here are so nice, it's like you're getting service from family.

we've been here quite a few times since the new owners took over a while ago, and the food has always been delicious. their flake would have to be my favourite. my son loves their hamburgers and scallops. staff are always friendly. EFTPOS is availlable.
Best chips in Wendouree, a lovely hidden gem that shouldn’t be a secret. Service is always down to earth and kind. You add to my waist line with gladness.
