Egyptian eggs brekkie is star of show. Very well balanced between taste, nutrition, portion and presentation. Will like to try something else.

Everything about this cafè is individual, ingenious and prepared with care and love.
I started with just a simple dirty chai latte but, once it came out paired with sweet candy-coated fennel seeds I knew I was in for a ride!
From there I ordered the Egyptian style poached eggs with dukka.... spoiler alert It was out of this world or should I say country ;)
Once I finished that there was only one sensible way to end the experience and that was the Cheesecake! Hands down best cheesecake EVER!
Oh and the staff are the perfect finishing touch to the cake, they accommodate for everyone and are happy to chat.
The owner is the hardest working boss I have ever seen! Constantly mentoring her staff and baking the most beautiful quiches you will ever have!

This is a fresh food haven in Balmain. Located on a corner of Darling street heading towards the East Ferry. The food is always fresh and there is a section of salads, wraps and other meals. Juices are made fresh and the coffee is always good. There is seating outside and some cool bench spots located inside. Great place for a pair or solo eating. All meals can be ordered for take away. On the way out make sure that you grab some of their delicious looking baked goods.
Cheerful efficient service, chef-standard salads and good coffee. They have proper teapots too, and lotsa other food. Stroll up the hill to the London Hotel after lunch for a few quiet ones, with a bonus view of the Harbour Bridge.
Happy, helpful and friendly staff, food is delicious and gorgeously presented - good unusual brekky options. Coffee is consistently excellent.

As if I was in Europe.. Quaint little corner cafe with delicious lovingly prepared food. Salads are fantastic with duck and goat's cheese and combinations of nuts and herbs that are just mouth watering. I was there on a sunny saturday, they had Edith Piaf playing on radio in the back, delicious food, great coffee, friendly staff, relaxing. This is how a weekend should be. Made my day.

Amazing food, great soul tunes and a relaxed vibe.
We came for brunch and had the greens with crispy pancetta and the Benedict with ham - both completely delicious!
The greens was the highlight for sure, will be back for that again. The combo of the fresh crunch greens, preserved lemon and chilli is a delight with a fresh garlic undertone. TASTY! The ham on the Benny was light Christmas ham, lovely tasting and thick carved. Perfect poached eggs on both and soft toasted bread.
Keen to come back for the salad plate for lunch and also spied a goats cheese and zucchini flower pasta hitting the display as we were leaving.
a really nice cafe with relaxed atmosphere and great food and coffee. Eggs Benedict is superb
Fantastic Cafe. I went for the first time today, fabulous Date Scone & Latte. A pleasent afternoon tea, will be back soon to sample more of the delicious looking food.
What a fabulous eatery. The menu is quite extensive with wonderful Italian dishes on offer and it is very clear that the chef and the owner are passionate about serving great food. The coffee is terrific and the service is very friendly.
A great little cafe. I had lasagna with beetroot salad and a coffee and all of it was fantastic. Highly recommended.
The food was magically delicious. Definitely will come again and again.
