Quite a nice big, cafe on a corner in North Balwyn. They serve great meals of food and I love their brunch menu. They have a great variety on their menu, so anyone and everyone will love it. They have a lot of great drink in the fridge and this place is in a great spot, I highly recommend it.

I have been going to this cafe for as long as I can remember. Their food is delicious and as my tastebuds have changed, the menu always catered for them. I highly recommend coming here even if it is only for a cup of coffee.

Our lovely local cafe.

Great selection of savory, sweet, hot and cold food and a huge variety of drinks!

Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and service speedy.

You can tell this establishment is well loved by the locals (and rightly so!).

Been to this cafe many times & it's definitely a go to for my family.
It has a great variety of lunch & sweet options in the window including banana bread, almond croissants and cakes which always look delicious. As well as a great breakfast & lunch menu that is served all day.
The coffees are also great and I have had many mochas and chai lattes at this cafe.

Absolutely amazing food well presented along with great service. :) I had the arancini ball which was huge and delicious. My dining partner had the avocado smash which was perfected with a delicious dukkah.

The Village is a cafe that is popular with locals and for good reason! The interior is nothing fancy but the food is delicious and filling. My sister is a big fan of the Bircher and I ordered the baked eggs - a little bit runny but nevertheless, delicious! The service is friendly and fast considering how busy this place always is!

Earlier this week, I was invited for a coffee tasting at the Village Cafe, hosted by DiBella Coffee and Zomato, and being the coffee fanatic I am, I was ready to sacrifice some sleep considering all the coffee we were about to sample.

2 weeks ago I was invited along with other amazing bloggers to a food and coffee pairing session at The village cafe in Balwyn. I purposely did not have coffee that day as I knew that after this I would be buzzing and I sure was! I think that I was hyper for a day or 2 and then just crashed haha.. Coffee can do that to people.

Talk about an amazing place. I used to come here 2012 when they first opened. I just walked in June 2022 and the owner right away recognised me. LOVE the customer service, love the quality of food. Huge range of delicious food in display and order off the menu. You won't go wrong. One of my very favourite cafes in Melbourne!!! Personally probably my favourite. Below scores are out of 10 Customer Service 10 Food Quality 9.5 Atmosphere 9 Presentation 10 Products 10 Location 9.5 Parking: Lots of parking available. Overall 10 Team, keep up the amazing work. Love it!

This is a fabulous cafe!!! The food is great and my personal favourite is the eggs your way (I like the toast with scrambled eggs)… Anyway, if you haven’t tried this cafe, well, you better! The owner (Sam) is also extremely friendly. Just eat at the cafe 2-3 times and then he’ll be able to recognise you super easily!

One of our favourite places to visit! Sam and his team provide a wonderful atmosphere with great food and coffee! The Village Cafe has been our ‘go to’ for almost 10 year and we look forward to getting down there every weekend. Awesome job team!

My go to place for a hot chocolate made with Lindt chocolate! We also love breakfast here on the weekend. It is always busy with a great buzz, but getting aseat is not usually a problem
